   We came to Core as our grand finale after a week of Michelin dining in London. The food, wine, atmosphere, and service (especially!) were superlative. Core gave us the best meal we have eaten, and we can’t wait to be back.

   Core is fantastic and the food stunning. However, our visit was impaired by the staff constantly talking to the couple next to us who they clearly knew. The couple themselves were quietly spoken and it was the staff, including the managers, who were quite loud. I understand you want to keep your regular customers happy; however, you should be more considerate of other customers in the room.

   Core deserves its outstanding reputation. It lives up to its three stars, without being snooty in any way, in fact the reverse, it felt comfortable and relaxed, with incredible food and service to match.

   Amazing experience. On par with the other 3 star restaurants in London. The potato course was unbelievable. Definitely a must do for a foodie in. London.

   I enjoyed my dining experience food, staff, ambience and service all very good. My one criticism is that there were a lot of staff which was great in terms of serving everyone but I felt it did impact negatively on the ambience not quite Piccadilly Circus but it was busy around the tables. But on a positive the staff were very professional and knowledgable on the food.

   If there were 10 stars you would give them to Core. Everything & everyone is world class the ambience is sophisticated, the service is warm, informed & attentive. It is however the food that there are not enough superlatives for. The presentation itself is so attractive the flavour combinations are extraordinary. Everything is totally delicious & so well balanced. It is of course very expensive & the wine list intimidating but worth every penny and they team & Clare deserve nothing but huge congratulations & respect

   Always the perfect place to while away a few hours over a wonderful lunch. Some excellent new cocktails on the Whiskey & Seaweed menu - I enjoyed the Core Fashioned. A few new/ reimagined dishes on the food menu too and my first time trying the ‘Irish Coffee’ dessert, which was unsurprisingly exquisite.

    Fabulous all round, I didn't have lunch beforehand and so I think the wine pairing could be a bit much if you are not used to it. We left very full and had to leave the the complimentary flying saucer of a choc tart behind. A very memorable evening.
