    Staff were engaging and friendly , the restaurant it self is lovely , food was amazing and the wine complemented the food perfectly . we have booked to go again.

    Our lunch at Core was a total experience. Beautiful dining room, lots of lovely touches, and an open kitchen with everyone saying hi, and welcoming you to their restaurant. We decided to go for the three courses rather than than the two available tasting menus - simply because we had a 12 noon sitting and didn’t feel we could eat that much! Lovely bits to start and finish - so three courses almost morph to five. Scallops were outstanding, lamb was amazing and the strawberries to finish wonderful. The wine list was extensive, and the sommelier did not push us in a direction we didn’t want to go. My tip would be to ask them to slow down a bit - it’s an experience you want to savour!

    My second visit. Another amazing experience. Food, wine, service. Everything was fantastic. Started at Whiskey & Seaweed for some delightful cocktails.

    Wonderful 3 Michelin star restaurant, the joy, passion, and attention to detail of the staff are unmatched. The food is of the highest quality and most certainly worth the trip, bravo
