Brought to you by Award Winning Chef Michael Chiarello and located at Pier 5 on the bustling San Francisco Waterfront, Coqueta is inspired by the cuisines of Spain. Chef Chiarello feels that Spain’s signature ‘small plates’ coupled with the social vibrancy of their dining scene is the perfect combination for San Francisco, which has its own deep-rooted history with the country. Focusing on regional dishes from Madrid, Catalonia, the Basque Country and beyond, the menu will feature Chiarello's interpretation of traditional Spanish cuisine and, as has always been his tradition, will highlight the bounty of fresh, local ingredients from land and sea.

Coqueta means “flirt” or “infatuation” in Spanish, and represents Michael Chiarello and his team’s exploration and interpretation of Spanish Cuisine, wine and inspired cocktails, while highlighting the bounty of Northern California.

We’re from out of state and try to go to Coqueta whenever we’re in SF. It was excellent. Service was excellent. We were at the chef’s counter and it was fun interacting with Victoria CID the head chef! Will be back next time we’re in town!

Great food, cocktails and beautiful atmosphere. Great recommendations from the waiter for allergies and avoidances. Mushrooms were one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

We had a marvelous time! Excellent customer service and delicious food. My favs are the Patatas Bravas and the Paella Mar y Montaña.

Lively vibe, great location. Helpful & friendly service with spot-on recommendations. We made a dinner for two of 5 tapas selections + dessert. Stand-outs were the Champinones, tuna tartare, beet salad, and calamari!

Terrible experience!!! This is not traditional food from Spain. I'm from Galicia Spain. Is impossible to eat on old piece of wood!!!They over charge and the food is no even good!! No recommendations!!!

Great selection for any dietary choices. Tasty and eye-appealing menu items. Totally recommend the dining experience. The staff was very attentive and professional. The cocktails were very delicious.

We have visited many times. Food is always at least very good, sometimes outstanding (last night the beet salad was in that realm!), cocktails consistently outstanding, service friendly and efficient, ambiance and location very nice too. Prices are fair. We look forward to visiting again at our next SF stay!
