Overall nice place and good food. A bit loud next to the street, paella was undercooked
I have been to Coquetta 3 or 4 times now. Everything is always delicious, the service is both professional and friendly and the ambience is welcoming. I always order both hot and cold tapas which are, again, always well-prepared and delicious. Great place to sit to enjoy the view of the bay, kick back and relax.
Everything was delicious. But our paella took over 90 minutes to come out
Food was spectacular! The charcuterie board is a must! Everything was perfection!
A special treat… grateful for the creative, delicious food, and the lovely service. The Paella Primavera is delightful. A great evening.
Very unique plates.
The octopus was awesome
The dish presentation very well done
Great experience overall
Fantastic table with awesome view
Great location, cool ambiance, creative menu. No heat lamps outside was my main complaint, but would still recommend!
The outdoor patio tent was a lovely setting on Sunday the 6th of June after our tour of Alcatraz as we needed a boost of happiness;)
I know tapas is small plates and each dish has about two bites per person.
We ordered four plates:
Watermelon 🍉 salad with super fishy boquerones (the only dish that was not enjoyable for our palate.
Pimentos de Padron: flash fried padron peppers,
jamon serrano, sherry vinegar and maldon sea salt $9
Bocadillo de La Casa “Bikini”: roasted eggplant, Cana De Cabra cheese on house made brioche, trufflehoney, andquinceconserva $12
Salmón Ahumado Smoked salmon montadito with quesofrescoandtrufflehoney $12
Plus two cocktails 🍹
Canary Magic $15
ron zacappa, lemon, banana infused hennessy, pineapple honey, peychauds, tonic water
Delicious yummy food with stellar service;)
Food, Wine and Service was excellent, however the music choice was really monotonous: Reaggeton which did not help to set the right mood, as a Spanish influenced restaurante i would expect them to have a mixed choice of latin music, this was really noticeable, the manager did change the music once i gave my feedback
everting is amazing
Hadn't been for more than one year. So good to see they started in biz and quality of food hasn't faltered. Outdoor seating in tent less than ideal as heaters were not working and it was so cold and windy. But food was excellent.
great food, service and ambience. Cant wait to be back soon
Such good food! We are in SF for our “mini” honeymoon and we could not have chosen a better place for our dinner. Yummy food and great service!
This was a company event. Alma was amazing to coordinate with. The manager Dennis, and our service Edwardo were very professional, attentive, and friendly. Also, of course the food was delicious. Best paella in town!
Food was good, cocktails were outstanding! Beautiful view of the SF Bay. Wonderful service!
We wanted to take an outing to San Francisco by ferry and needed a restaurant close to the ferry building.
We decided on Coqueta and were quite pleased.
Got a selection of tapas, all good.
Can't wait to go back for paella.
Very disappointed. Hostess was not welcoming-extremely rude. It took over 20 minutes for the waitress to come over. She did apologize for the wait. The only items that tasted like real food from Spain were the Jamon, cheese, and croquettes. The paella was disgusting, 3 of the people at our table wouldn't even eat it. It tasted like someone put enchilada sauce on rice and baked in the oven. The patatas bravas weren't crispy at all just whole mini potatoes with a sauce on top. The smokey flavor is horrible. Too over used in most of the dishes. Service wasn't good either.
Great outdoor patio. Food is delicious but pricey.
Every single dish is delicious.
The outside dining was super cold and loud. Food was meh
Nice We order the Grand meat/ cheese plate which was delicious. We only wish the tray had more bread ( or offered more) to enjoy with amount of meat and cheese we had left . The crackers were yummy just wished a bit more pieces of bread was on the tray
The menu is a little overwhelming and they are not very accommodating or understanding about food intolerances. That being said, the food was great once we got it figured out and the place has a fun vibe. On the pricey side, but worth it for an occasion.
Amazing cocktails, delicious food, friendly staff. Definitely recommend
The only problem is the host who tries to seat you at the worst table first and when you disagree she gives you the table you request. This bickering over the table is senseless and makes no good impression. The service was impeccable and the food is good.
Even though we had to wait a while to get seated, despite having a reservation, the hostess incredibly nice! We LOVE Coqueta and the food never fails to impress.
It was absolutely perfect for our anniversary dinner. We lingered over tapas and drinks for over 3 hours. The service was wonderful and never once made us feel rushed - in fact, we had no idea we had stayed that long! The food was absolutely out of this world and the drinks were divine. Thank you so, so much.
Beautiful day on the water... with good friends!! Loved the drinks, we had Gin and Tonics and Sangria!! The food was good, but small ... next time I want to try the Famly Style Plates to share bigger lunch/dinner portions. We just had the Tapas and they were nice.
Excellent experience! Wonderful service and exceptional food.
Great spot for some tapas and fine cocktail! One of the best restaurants by the waters.
Wonderful tapas and attentive waitstaff. The house cocktails are good, too...
Great service, and the food- everything was good. Makes you want to repeat, will go back again!
Delicious and great atmosphere
I made a reservationI was asked if it was a special occasion, I clicked yes and said it was my birthday.
When we arrived (party of 3) there was no acknowledgement of the special occasion and we were given the worst table. I asked for a different table and she said that was only available for 6 people.( 1 hour later she seated a party of 4 at that table).
We sat for 25 minutes and no one came to take our order, I had to ask the rude hostess to get a waiter to our table.
The waiter then came and didn't acknowledge that we had been waiting for 30 minutes. We ordered a bottle of wine and he just put the bottle in the table, I had to ask for an ice bucket. When we ordered the second bottle they said they only had a warm bottle and it would take a while to chill. To get a refill on water we had to ask 2 times, finally at the end my husband had to ask the server if they could bring something for my birthday. I know that tips are usually shared amount all staff so out of courtesy I left a 15% tip on a bill that was over $300
previously loved this restaurant - lots much of its appeal during COVID - happy its open tho and hope it comes back.
It was difficult to choose the cocktail. They have a great cocktails selection. The same with food.
Food was really good if you are craving for Spanish cuisine. Location is awesome as it has water views. Friendly staff.
Came in to celebrate my bday. Food and service were great. However, my request to sit by the water on their covered patio was not fulfilled. I think it’s because they only seat 3+ tops out there
Highly recommend the lamb meatballs, the chefs choice cheese platter, and the salmon ahumado open face ‘sandwiches’
Great service and attention to detail. They were very careful with my allergy. Lovely spot on the pier with views and the food was amazing too!
Every bite of everything was delicious. Especially liked the grilled sea bass.
Excellent tapas menu and the saltwater margarita was perfect. Slow service which is the norm everywhere these days, which I understand. I will dine here again.
