Our Executive Chef, Aaron Butts, has twice been nominated for the James Beard Award for Best Chef in the Midwest. He works with local farmers and artisans to source proteins, produce, and baked goods to provide you with the highest quality ingredients.

Our cocktail program has been nominated for a Tales of the Cocktail award for best bar/restaurant cocktail menu. We have one of the largest selections of whiskey, bourbon, rye, and scotch in Indiana. Our cocktail menu features over one hundred classic cocktails, seasonal house cocktails created by our bar team and an extensive list of spirits, wines and beers.

We are passionate about hospitality and our craft. We put a lot of care in absolutely everything we do! Be prepared to sit back, relax, and enjoy the experience.

We are located at the Harrison Building downtown Fort Wayne. Our back yard is Parkview Field, which gives us the best patio seating around. We are also walking distance to all the downtown hotels.

    Very knowledgeable waiter. Got the salmon, it was excellent. The strawberry drink was just as the waiter suggested wonderful. The seating is very comfortable.

    From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed by the entire staff & cared for like we were the only guests they had. Our first visit, certainly won’t be our last. Unique cocktails, delicious & well-portioned meals, an intimate atmosphere, & attentive staff quickly put Copper Spoon at the top of our favorite restaurants list.

    Seems like we should have had better seating considering we booked in advance and the restaurant was sparsely populated but dinner was great. Service was top-notch. It’s always a nice location.

    Food was just 'ok'..... just expected more for the price point. Martini was served in a very small glass, which, again at that price point, expected more. Unfortunately, we had to wait 30-45 minutes past our reservation time due to the table before us not leaving in adequate time.....Maybe the reservations need to be spaced out more????? Also, this is not the restaurant's fault, but there was an absolutely loud table next to us that ruined our already not so superior experience. Service was good, though. We will be back though, in hopes that we have a better overall experience.

    This place looks like a wine seller in the inside. At least to me. Anyways, it was very interesting. The drinks were very interesting and the weight staff was excellent. I would definitely get this place a try.

    As always, we completely enjoyed our date night out at Copper Spoon! Amazing food and drinks! We tried a couple of the bumps to finish our night and they were amazing! I say go for the bump!

    Always on my list of favorites in dtfw, my latest visit to Copper Spoon was wonderful. I enjoyed a very good Pinot Noir and perfectly seared yellowfin tuna. Our server was attentive, while allowing us to relax and appreciate an unhurried evening. The candle lit ambience of the dining room felt like a special occasion although it was a Thursday night.

    Our server Kevin was awesome. He made us feel very welcome! Very nice atmosphere - food was really good. We didn’t realize it but Thursday was half price glasses of wine - even better!

    We were going to the Buddy Guy concert at the Embassy so we opted for a delicious meal and drinks in walking distance to the theatre. Copper Spoon did not disappoint! Kevin, our server was top notch and our food and drinks were first class. We will definitely be back.

    I had the Salmon and mi husband had the tuna and they were both outstanding. The waitress was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was our first time there and we really enjoyed our experience. We will be returning.

    The experience was very nice. My wife and I both ordered the ribeye dinner and after the first bite we both agreed it was the best steak we’ve had. But the highlight of the night were the carrots and ranch!

    Awesome!!! Celebration for my 61 birthday with my favorite family members. I really enjoyed the food and all the attention we received from Theresa the Manager, servers and knowledgeable waitresses. My son Fabio works at Cooper Spoon. And I enjoy seeing happiness in my son’s heart and his coworkers. I had a wonderful and beautiful time there at Cooper Spoon. I will come back again and eat their delicious food.

    Fantastic food and amazing service. Very knowledgeable wait staff and extensive drink menu. I did not know going in that most tables are next to the bar so a quiet and romantic dinner is not practical here. Lovely dim lighting and decor.

    The interior is so rustic & elegant, staff was on pointe, I made a couple special requests for my order with no problem, food is PHENOMENAL!!! (NY strip, Baron Burger, Apple Crisp & Pavlova) So were our drinks!!! (Blood Orange Margarita, Old Fashioned & Maple Leaf). Katie, our server, was professional & personable, perfect combo. Will be back!

    Loved it! It was my hubby and I’s Vday dinner and our 1st time there. Our waiter, Noah, was very knowledgeable, attentive, and kind! The food was excellent! The dim lighting, romantic booth we reserved, and vibe was perfect! We’ll definitely return. Only thing I would change is the size of the side that comes with the entree, could be bigger.

    Excellent service by Maude, very attentive and friendly with great recommendations. Cocktails were top notch. Charcuterie board was huge and glorious. Roasted cauliflower, blistered shishitos, marinated olives, and whipped feta were all absolutely wonderful.

    Noah, our server was gracious and accommodating. We had the Baron, patatas, carrot dish, and Brussels sprouts dish. Our tastebuds had a party with all of that. Our cocktails were lovely and tasty. Our apple crisp desert was very unique and good. Well done, Copper Spoon. The castle look is charming and the cozy booth as well.
