    Visited Cooper's Hawk for a date night w/ my wife. We chose Cooper's Hawk for the numerous gluten free food options. Food started w/ bread including a gluten free option that was nice. My wife ordered the seared tuna entree and unfortunately they made/brought the tuna appetizer that was not gluten free. Our concern started at this time because the kitchen did not appear to prioritize correcting the mistake and it took approx 15 min before the correct entree showed up at our table. By this time my entree was cold because I didn't want to eat as a dining courtesy. We did end up eating and the food was overall pretty good. We went ahead and also ordered dessert to finish out our night. At the end of the night Cooper's Hawk did nothing to acknowledge the mistake and made no adjustment to our bill. I would expect that a relatively upscale establishment like Cooper's Hawk would automatically adjust the bill by offering a dessert to my wife for the inconvenience of their error. I should not have to ask. After paying our tab I brought this to the attention of our server and she appeared not to have thought about the situation. Bottom line, I expected more from a service perspective.

    First of all, we had a reservation and we still waiting 40 minutes to be seated. It was St. Patrick’s Day so we came for the corn beef sliders and it was 630 and they were already out of them. Unacceptable.

    First time at this restaurant. Was disappointed and do not plan to come back. The service was not good. Food is average. Slow and under trained waitress. Needed to send back food because the protein was not cooked correctly. Took over 15 minutes before we could find the waitress to ask for it to be sent back. Then took about half hour to recook. It did come right the second time. The Brussel sprouts were so salty that they were almost not editable. The prices are too high for the quality of food and service.

    We had a fantastic birthday dinner. I made the reservation and requested a booth and said it was for a birthday. We were seated in a few minutes in a booth. After the meal our server brought a birthday dessert which was a nice surprise. It was some of the truffles. Our server was very efficient and kind. She checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were very good as well. I always order Dana’s parmesan-crusted chicken with Tomato Basil Relish, Lemon Butter, Betty’s Potatoes, Garlic Green Beans. It is delicious and consistently good every time! We will definitely be back!

    Oh my gosh did we have a good time! Our wine sommelier was wonderful. She did not rush us and was very knowledgeable about all the wines we tried. Dinner was delicious and dessert was LEGIT. We will be back!

    Overall, the entire experience was great. We went for our monthly tasting and then had lunch. Everything was really good! The Southwest egg rolls are a must have!!!!

    This location is always super busy but they took us a few minutes early to our table. Waitress and bus staff were so friendly and helpful. We ordered the Roasted Chicken Risotto and Soy Glazed Ginger Salmon - both were delicious! Would highly recommend!

    Seems like the food quality has gone down and the prices have skyrocketed. They got my husbands order wrong and it took 20 min to get a new salad. My family was done eating by the time our server brought it out. The place wasn’t busy at all. Only 4:30 pm and a few tables occupied. Luckily my server was able to get it removed from the bill. I really liked this place but it’ll be a long time before we come back again.

    We always enjoy eating at Cooper’s Hawk. We were saddened to learn last night that it was our favorite server, Ryan’s last night working there. We will miss him always taking such good care of us and being so friendly on top of being an excellent server! We will still go back food was excellent as always!

    Had to wait about 10 minutes after our reservation time and it took around 15 minutes for our waiter to check on us, but after that the service was quick and excellent! Food and wine were excellent. Perfect for a date night, special occasion, etc!

    So happy to see the restaurant busy, busy, busy. Did not take away from our dining experience. Food fantastic. Every plate was extremely colorful and tasty. Would recommend to everyone.

    As usual the food is consistently great. We absolutely love Cooper’s Hawk, we usually dine here 1-2 times a month, my wife has Celiacs and we never have issues with the food. As a side note we’ve been coming here for a couple years, and as of the last few months we’ve noticed a slight decrease in service. Minor things that used to be absolutely perfect, seated right at our reservation time, lately it’s been 7-10 minutes after the reservation. overall waiter service, we have kind of felt pressured to get drinks, not always something we like to be pressured into. Nothing against the restaurant at all, we will always continue to dine here, in our opinion, best American dining and wine restaurant in the area. Just some small takeaways as frequent guests.
