This was our second time trying Coopers Hawk and it’s was just ok. The food was good nothing spectacular and our server was nice and attentive but everything came out so fast we ate and left within an hour. This happened last time as well and it just seemed like we were at a cheap chain where they wanted us in and out. With so many choice in the Big Beaver corridor it’s easy to find somewhere else that will make us feel more welcome.

Our service and food was great! The only minor disappointment is upon checking in we found out that someone else had called and changed our reservation time. Thankfully the restaurant was not super busy yet so we were still able to be promptly seated. In the future, I may recommend that you verify full names and phone numbers when taking reservation changes over the phone.

Noisy restaurant. Food was basically good, nothing to rave about. Friend ordered a shrimp dish with white wine sauce. Said it was watery and no wine taste. The waiter was good. There was a lot of waiter staff working - most I've ever seen in a restaurant. Basically, you get what you came for - decent service and food. The only thing outstanding was the number of people at the long wine bar sucking down wine samples.

Unfortunately I became ill while dining, however when I notified my waitress she immediately got me my bill and box and her manager took the drink off my bill that I couldn’t drink. So as always I was treated very well. And my food was good even though I didn’t get to eat it until today after being released from the hospital. Also they assured me my car would be good in the parking lot and it was when I was able to get it. Thank you!
