normally have no issues at coopers but this past time- my appetizer of brussels had no actual brussels just burnt leaves, my entree's meatball were mushy and uncooked, the steak was cold, and tough, and we waited over a 1 and 15 min before we got our food despite having a reservation

It was really busy due to Mother’s Day celebrations however we didn’t have to wait too long after our reservation time. We had a great time and thank all the waitstaff that were able to juggle all of the business today!

My first trip to not enjoy Coopers Hawk. I know it was Mothers Day and you guys were super busy. Our waitress was very good but it took the kitchen 1 hour to get us food and after receiving it , it was cold. I definitely don't think it was our waitress. Cold french toast is not good.

Twe booked by reservation a table for 2 to celebrate mother's day. We noticed multiple people being called to be seated that checked in after us though, given we arrived 10 minutes early. Was seated by a table of 6 next to 3 small Children so the noise level was excessive understanding there were small children. Though we passed two empty booths for 2 that were empty. Would have made a difference. The waitress though was polite, never smiled once in greeting us or after service. She never asked us how was everything was or if everything came out right or ok, only if we wanted more wine or dessert. As if to extend or up our order total was more important than quality of our experience. The julienne potatoes were undercooked so I only took two bites. The greens were also too aldentee, as though they weren't steamed enough to chew. . My husband got the jambalaya and it was the first time he said it wasn't even hot. He always gets it as its his favorite on the menu. He also was disappointed and he never complains. We overheard tables all around us complaining and that is not our style as I feel many people do that to get price cuts or a free meal. If asked how everything was, i would respond but we weren't asked. My course and decision is to not return. We've been wine members for a good 10 years or better. But sadly will look for different places to dine in. I feel in our experience, which is all I can speak to, the dining quality and service has been less desirable as of lately. Too loud, food quality doesn't = price, service lacking friendly experience. We have been discussing whether to continue membership or cancel.

Always a treat at Cooper’s hawk. Even though they were super busy we were seated before our reservation. Service was quick. The only downside is it was very noisy. One woman apparently left her inside voice home and thought the entire restaurant wanted to hear her conversation.

We had a great experience! Isaiah did an amazing job during our wine tasting and Charm was an amazing waitress! We had the best time! Everyone was so nice and the food and wine were amazing!
