It was our anniversary dinner. The "hello" and "happy anniversary" were forced. We were sat next to a beam in the middle of the room. Food was hot & delicious, but was sent out within 30 minutes of arriving (drinks and appetizer were also ordered). I ordered another drink and never received it and we weren't asked if we wanted a dessert. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience since as though it was a special occasion.

We walked up and they said a 45 minute wait, we went on open table and got a table in 15 min, a bit odd. Service was slow, ordered the churassco and portion was tiny.... food was overall good.

Cooper's Hawk has a great atmosphere and a wide selection of wine, but my recent dining experience was disappointing. My server, Kira, was very attentive, but the salmon I ordered was overcooked and inedible. The side salad also arrived at the same time as the meal, which is not the most common or ideal way to serve it. I requested the broccoli to be well cooked, but it was still too hard and consisted of mostly large stems. As a Wine Club Member, I expected more from Cooper's Hawk. On the positive side, the restaurant did replace the salmon with a to-go order, but I didn't end up eating it.

I was disappointed that we had to wait a half hour for our table even though we had a reservation, especially when we saw many empty tables and although we asked, we kept getting excuses. Our appetizer never came and after we mentioned it when our dinner finally arrived, they bought it over anyway and did take it off our bill. Our dinner meals were also not prepared properly. The wasabi mashed potatoes for some reason came with the wasabi on the side for my meal. My husband's meal didn't bring any wasabi at all! It seems like the kitchen was not being managed well at all. I felt like the restaurant in general was mismanaged this evening as we eat here often.

We’ve been here before and have always loved the food and service. This time our service was better than ever! Our server was Kyara and we told her we were celebrating my birthday. She really went above and beyond giving us great wine and food recommendations, we got to sample some of the wines before buying a bottle. We loved her so much we even signed up for the wine club! She was so friendly, kind and attentive she really made the whole experience even more wonderful. Our food was delicious as always. The chef special appetizer was arrancini balls and they were so yummy, another great recommendation from Kyara. I got the gnocchi carbonara (like usual bc it’s my fav) but the chef did put a little too much rosemary or thyme in it because I got some bites with the pieces of herbs that tasted a little flowery/soapy. I just ate around the herb bits and it was still delicious. My husband got the chicken piccata and it was fantastic. Key lime pie is our favorite dessert here, you HAVE to try it! 10/10 would recommend.

Arrived at 8. Seated at 8:02. Waitress first arrived at 8:20. Told her we needed Pelligrino and wine first. Gave order but made clear needed water and wine before food. At 8:45 our salads arrived, but still no water or wine. 8:55 water comes and by 9 wine thanks to the manager. Didn’t get our meal until 9:30 and the waitress argues with us. Coffee arrived at 9:50, cold and returned. Overall food was great but “service” was nonexistent. Wouldn’t recommend eating in PP until problem servers are fixed.
