Nice environment with good prices.....great wine!! If you like sweet wine I recommend ice wine and romance red wine

Staff and waitress were friendly and helpful. Very noisy and we waited quite a while for our food, althobtheyvwere busy. Food was very good.

Service was mediocre. Multiple issues including...
My salad was delivered to the wrong table. Finally, on the 3rd try, I got my salad. The main course, unfortunately, followed about 2 minutes later. I had ordered the grouper, which was rather pricey for the tiny portion that was served. When I commented on the portion size, they brought out a new plate with more fish but, it also included the sauce which I had asked for on the side and the potatoes which I had requested to substitute for broccoli. I won’t be rushing back.

Calamari was delicious! Server knew basics about wine selection, but for a winery restaurant I feel the servers could be more educated about the wines they are serving. We did several red wine tastings. The Lux Meritage was amazing! We went for a quiet 2 person birthday dinner and the ambience was anything but quiet. The dining space is open, large and loud. Not much to shield you from your neighbors conversations. So definitely not a date night venue. Next time we will likely request to sit in the bar area, which was smaller and maybe quieter, but seemed a bit brightly lit for a bar.

The wine was bland. Between the three of us we sampled 12 different varieties. Only one was worthwhile.

Service was fair. It took 30 minutes from the time we sat down to get drinks other than water. Server was fun but not knowledgeable about the food or wine. A trip that was 3.5 hours should have been two.

I would not return to this location unless I had to go for an event.

We’ve been to CH in Columbus and Chicago and have always loved it. Food here is comparable. ( very good). Service was ok, but should be better than that. Shouldn’t take 20+ minutes from ordering to be served your drinks. ( one bottle and 2 glasses of wine). Noise level in our section was ridiculous. Need to do something to muffle the sound. Also, parking is poorly planned, with most of the parking lot on the side of the building opposite the doors. And no valet?

Good food. Service at the bar was abysmal at best. Service at our table was great. Food was good and plenty. Will go back but maybe not visit the bar.

This was my second time there. I really enjoy it. The food is amazing and so is the wine! Our server was very nice and polite but a little on the slow side. But once we ordered our food was delivered quickly.

Food was wonderful; our server, William, was awesome and very attentive without being overbearing! We were not rushed and had a splendid evening dining with our out of town guests. Will definitely join the wine tasting club !

They need to train their employees to be more attentive and make eye contact with people when they walk in or up to the sample bar. They need to learn how to communicate better with customers.

It was very loud inside. They ran out of one of their main dishes. The service from our waitress was very poor. Water went empty. No refills and we rarely saw her.

tasted the pinot, cab and meritage….none were very good. somewhat tannic, somewhat bitter...no bouquet ; overall, overpriced.

We really enjoyed ourselves. It was nice not being rushed. It was our first time at the restaurant. I wish our server had told us about the flight wines. We noticed it at another table. We will return soon!!!

Waited 15 minutes to be addressed at the table. Another 15 minutes for glasses of wine.
Ordered both Happy Hour items and the dinner menu. Happy Hour order was wrong and it took an additional 35 minutes to get the proper food. The waiters do not deliver the food so I don't know if that was the problem of the runner's not informing someone the order was wrong or not. The waiter did not followup with the order nor ask for additional drink order.

The food was great. I think our waitress was a bit green. She did not know anything about drinks. For example, I asked for Buffalo trace and told her that it was a whiskey. She thought I was asking for a drink on the menu called buffalo trace. She revealed to us that she didn’t know a lot about alcohol. She said she only drinks margaritas and two types of beer. She disappeared for long periods of time. My friends and I watched the other waiters around us tend to their tables. They did an excellent job. They were constantly taking care of their patrons. Don’t get me wrong, the waitress was very nice but she was just too green. I think she needs more training.

It was a wonderful experience dining for the first time here. Nikki was a wonderful sever and went through the menu with detail and great knowledge. She was wonderful in mentioning both my mothers and fiancé’s birthday. The food was very good and we really enjoyed the wine of the month! We will be back again!

Food was excellent, service was very good. Place was aesthetically pleasing. Noise level was much higher than expected. Lots of families with kids + lots of hard surfaces = noisy dining experience.

We had a small birthday party for my daughter. Everyone had a fabulous time. The food was the best. We are bringing my daughter from NYC when she comes to visit.

Great experience, definitely plan on going back soon! All of the menus (including gluten free) have a large variety of options to choose from and the quality was fit for the price.

We had high hopes for this place based on previous reviews we had read, but were very let down by the food. For the expensive price, we were expecting good-sized portions of high end food, but the reality was quite the contrary. The medallions of beef, one of the more expensive items on the menu, were small and tasteless. We mentioned to our server that we didn’t like it and didn’t eat it, but no effort was taken to make it right or remove it from our bill. The woman sitting next to us, never even got her main course. She received about 5 apologies from the server, but it never arrived before her husband finished his meal. Summary, we will go back for appetizers, cocktails and wine, but save our dinners out for somewhere else.
