Another great meal at Coopers Hawk - Lee’s Summit, MO. We had Mariah as our server who did an excellent job with us and took time to get to know us and we to know her. She was extremely personable and took great pride in her work and our satisfaction.

The food quality is so/so compared to when this location opened. I don’t think the cooks are the issue, it’s the quality of the meat they are serving. Appetizers are on point, but not the main courses, specifically the meat isn’t great. Tonight I ordered filet mignon, the cut of meat was cheap and chewy. I will still come for happy hour appetizers and drinks. Service was great.

Our experience at the restaurant this time was quite disappointing, especially considering our previous visits had been trouble-free and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service this time left much to be desired. The server checked on us only once, leading us to beg for refills on our beverages and to ask for straws. My dad ordered the spaghetti and meatballs but was informed they were out of meatballs, and no alternative was offered. My mom requested her medallions and potatoes to be plain, but they arrived seasoned instead. My sister's Parmesan crusted chicken tasted as though it had been sitting in fryer oil for far too long. On a positive note, I ordered the chicken sandwich, which was surprisingly delightful. It's frustrating to see such a decline in quality at a place we once enjoyed with no issues.
