We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with friends. When we arrived we were ignored by the hostess and, when finally acknowledged, she acted like she couldn’t be bothered and continued tapping on her monitor. A smile would have helped. We waited another 10 minutes to be seated. We’ve experienced better customer service. However, once seated, our server, Stephan, was welcoming and attentive. His expertise was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. His service well made up for the previous reception.

We made reservations for our 49th Wedding Anniversary for Saturday, 4pm. We were seated at a booth, as requested and seated in the furthest booth from the front. Our server came to get our drink orders and delivered them in 10 minutes. I asked for raw sugar for my hibiscus tea - which I never got. Our server brought a wine sample for my husband. It was a full 30 minutes before our server came back to check on us and take our order. Service was very S.L.O.W. I finally snagged busser who was vacuuming the floor and asked for sugar. When food finally arrived about an hour later, my shrimp scampi was made with so much garlic, it was impossible to eat. This is our second visit to Cooper's Hawk. Service was just as slow with an inattentive server the first time as it was the second. Most likely, this will be the last time we give them a chance.

While the food was good, the service was terrible from start to finish. We waited 30 minutes after our reservation time for a table and when seated did not get even a ‘sorry for your wait’ or even an acknowledgement for how delayed our table was past our reservation time. It took 10 minutes for our server to take our drink order and another 20 before we were asked if we wanted to order any food. We saw our server a total of 5 times. One person in our party asked to order a beverage but it never came. I have never experienced this at the Plaza location. Very disappointed.

We’ve been here several times and the last few times have not been great. Not the restaurant it was when it first opened. Probably won’t be back.

We have been to this Cooper's Hawk before and it was completely amazing. However, our experience on Father's Day was overall terrible. The hostesses were unpleasant. We waited close to 80 minutes for our food. It was not the server's fault. She was very apologetic.

People were angry because food was coming out too slow and then incorrectly. They were all apologizing enough. However this is exactly the same thing that happened to us the night before Mother’s Day! Horrible then too. We really feel bad about this because we lOVE the place and are so happy you’re in the northland!!!! Pls do. Better, we do not want to lose you! Jerri & Dean

Our service took a while but we weren’t in a hurry so it was okay. Food was delightful, I got a wine flight and the pours were huge!!! I got a delicious shrimp scampi!
