   We had reservations for 5:00pm and arrived on time. We waited 20 minutes for the outside table. We ordered quickly and it took 50 minutes for us to receive our salad/soup combos and kids meals. The salads were soggy and pathetic. One kid’s fries were the consistency of shoe leather and the other kid’s meatballs were definitely heated from frozen. The food was unimpressive. The staff were courteous but not helpful. I don’t think we’re going to give it another chance with the other offerings in the area. I really wanted to like this place but it was so underwhelming and the wait was too frustrating.

   Great food and service! Loved it. Definitely will be back. It’s nice to have a good restaurant up north.

   We love this place but today was not a great experience. I’m sure being Mother’s Day the kitchen was behind, but we waited a long time for food. When it did come the fries were cold/warmish and soggy, the flat bread was soggy as well. Salad was hot and wilted, but I’m sure that was because the rest of the food was behind and it sat. However, our waitress was fantastic. She was personable and did her best to keep us updated on the food. The staff did seem aware of the backup and were hustling the best they could. The deserts were great and the complementary Mother’s Day drink was a nice touch. We’re club members so we’ll certainly be back but this spot for mother’s day is a pass next year unless something changes.

   Our Mother’s Day Brunch was very special! All the staff were kind, polite & organized. We were not rushed and were made to feel very relaxed. As always, loved the food!

   Love Coopers Hawk and we are wine members but this is first time we had brunch off the menu for Mothers Day with the family. Was really disappointed! The portions were very small:( for instance husband ordered French toast and came out with one slice:( also avocado toast was subpar. I ordered the side eggs as over easy and it came out with a boiled egg sliced up:(. Service was great but just brunch like I said was disappointing.

   Arrived a few minutes before our reservation time. Told the woman at check-in that we would wait at the bar for our table. 30 minutes later I went to check and was told they had called out name, but didn't respond, but we could be seated right away. I watched as other names were called in an extremely noisy lobby and no response. At no time that we were in the bar did we see or hear anyone's name being called. Suggest they go to a different notification system such as texting or use the disks I've seen at other restaurants that light up when your table is ready.

    We enjoyed our Mother's Day/Birthday experience at this new Cooper's Hawk, all went well. The kitchen was having issues but everyone was so kind and apolegetic and we totally understand it all. We certainly are happy with the restaurant and wish them the best. The Manager Chris and everyone were very kind to everyone there from what we witnessed.
