   I love this place..but the last two visits one with a 6:45 reservation and one with a 7:00 reservation, both times the food came after 9 o’clock. If you want to eat at a regular dinner time, I would come at five. The service was excellent and the food is good but if you don’t like eating late, which it is not my preference, I would keep that in mind.

   Very slow to seat and get food to the table. When did was finally ready it was consistently going to the wrong table. Waited 45 minutes for a side salad.

   Our waitress seemed great at first but then she didn’t follow thru. Glasses of wine we ordered didn’t arrive until after we had finished our dinner. Food was excellent though but the waitress was too busy to pay attention to us. Disappointing service level.

   Service at this location did not match anywhere close to the other two locations I’ve dined at. Was left a bit disappointed in the overall experience here.

   Another dinner that was a huge disappointment. Definitely not the quality of food or presentation of other Cooper Hawk Restaurants. Yes, they are new and opened in January but some of the chef issues should have been worked out by now. This a a return visit after a disastrous meal a little over 30 days ago. Food served cold AGAIN. Fish saturated in grease. Pork chop very good flavor and served lukewarm warm. Blue cheese burger cooked to right temperature. Bottom bun soggy, in grease and juices of burger, could not eat bottom bun. French fries cold not once but served cold twice. Received full bill and noted ice tea was $4.99 a glass. Back to the Plaza or St Louis location. Too bad the Northland needed a good up scale resturant.

   I have never had a bad meal or service, yet. The chicken madiera is excellent as was the jambalaya. The bartender also made one of the sangria flights from the happy hour menu for me. Every server we've had has been excellent!

   Food was really great, small portions for the appetizer, drinks were super good, service was slow and felt rushed. They were very busy, which accounts for slow service. Great experience overall.

    Do save at least 45 minutes for the wine tasting. We did the Lux series. Excellent samples and plenty of information. At the table the appetizers and entrees were excellent, with portions that would easily serve two. Wish they had not brought the entree so soon. Acoustics are not great, so it’s ‘energetic’
