   Another dinner that was a huge disappointment. Definitely not the quality of food or presentation of other Cooper Hawk Restaurants. Yes, they are new and opened in January but some of the chef issues should have been worked out by now. This a a return visit after a disastrous meal a little over 30 days ago. Food served cold AGAIN. Fish saturated in grease. Pork chop very good flavor and served lukewarm warm. Blue cheese burger cooked to right temperature. Bottom bun soggy, in grease and juices of burger, could not eat bottom bun. French fries cold not once but served cold twice. Received full bill and noted ice tea was $4.99 a glass. Back to the Plaza or St Louis location. Too bad the Northland needed a good up scale resturant.

   I have never had a bad meal or service, yet. The chicken madiera is excellent as was the jambalaya. The bartender also made one of the sangria flights from the happy hour menu for me. Every server we've had has been excellent!

   Do save at least 45 minutes for the wine tasting. We did the Lux series. Excellent samples and plenty of information. At the table the appetizers and entrees were excellent, with portions that would easily serve two. Wish they had not brought the entree so soon. Acoustics are not great, so it’s ‘energetic’

   Our food was very good. I had the chicken bodega and my husband had the tuna entree. We started by sharing a chopped salad which was excellent. However, we could not enjoy the food because it was so slow arriving. The people who arrived after us had eaten their entree before we even received our salad. We had asked , on arrival , for a booth because I had back surgery 1 week ago. I was told they could make that happen. With 3 empty booths in the room, the hostess proceeded to take us to a table. After waiting for our food for almost an hour I explained to the server that we needed to speed it up because I had just had surgery. He assured me he would take care of it. It was probably 20 minutes more before the food arrived. The people who sat down after us were long gone by then. It was impossible to enjoy the food after all of the service issues. This was the second time service was unacceptably slow. The first time it was a ladies’ birthday lunch celebration. Lunch took about 21/2 hours that day and we never really had any certain server. They had some kind of training going on and no one to wait on customers. We were so enthusiastic about CoopersHawk when it opened and I gave it deserved rave reviews There are many nice restaurants to go to. I don’t think we will want to go back to CH anytime soon..

   While we normally love this place the service was slow, inattentive and we had to flag someone down multiple times to ask where our initially ordered drink was, why we weren’t given bread, could we have silverware etc. For as busy as it was it appeared as though the servers were covering too many tables and therefore service was poor!

   The noise level was high for a Wednesday evening. Good service but food was cold, soup needed heat. Otherwise very good experience.

   This is the second time I have dined at this location. Superb food, service and ambiance. We did the wine tasting first and our server was so accomodating. Love Coopers Hawk and this location is fantastic!

    Everything was exceptional from food to service to atmosphere. The special occasion was my wife's birthday and treated her with dessert. Dez was oyr waiter and was the best
