The service was awful. We piled up our own dishes when we got done eating, and had to literally ask the waiter to take them with him. Very slow on bringing the wine as for water twice got done our meal and realized we never got bread I think they have a lot to work on yet at this restaurant, food was OK

The service delivering food was a little off as my friend got her soup while I waited for my appetizer, and she got her bread while I waited for my gluten-free bun.

It was our first time and we didn’t know what to expect. The service was very good, the food and wine was also very good. We didn’t give ourself enough time before next engagement so we’ll fix that next time. We will be back!!

They didn’t have some of the ingredients for 2 different meals we wanted!🤦🏻‍♂️. We had to choose different meals other than what we really wanted.

Waiter was rude, spilled 4 glasses of water on our guests, forgot my appetizer, (tried to charge for it), interrupted continuosly and he was not attentive and we felt very RUSHED, WE WILL NOT BE BACK. I FO NOT WANT ANYTHING.

I have already recommended this restaurant to two of my friends. Food was amazing. Service was great. It was my birthday and they were so generous with the complimentary dessert and wine. It is a bustling, social kind of restaurant and there is nothing wrong with that ambiance. With the price of dining out these days, I would definitely save a couple of my dine out nights to visit here again.

Service incredibly slow. Received my wine half an hour after ordering it- I had wanted it with dinner, returned it, as we were almost done eating. Calamari- a bunch of tough thick rings. The pork chop tender and good .Tuna appetizer- 4 tiny pieces.

We are members of Cooper’s Hawk wine club. The food and wait staff was superb. We enjoy the seasonal favorites and the entire menu. Our server Jessica was excellent and went above and beyond. We were celebrating my wife’s retirement and her service was impeccable.

The service from Brett was outstanding. He made our dinner experience an absolute pleasure. The food was excellent. The food was delivered nice and hot. My only complaint was one of the appetizers. The "Drunken shrimp" was just ok and pricey.

We invited our friends and neighbors from what was our cul de sac on the river before Ian wiped it out. We turned it into a holiday party to keep it light and open for everyone. We all thoroughly enjoyed the meal and we tasted all the dishes that were ordered. We passed the dessert dishes around so everyone could try them and we dank enough delicious wines to sink a battleship! The wi ter wines were excellent! My husband even tried some! We were obviously the loudest most hilarious table in the corner & everyone parted feeling wonderful! Thank you to our excellent server for her attention and the staff at Coopers Hawk for making this a wonderful reunion / holiday party! Love Love Love this new addition to Fort Myers!

Every time we sit in the bar area seems like we have the worst service. Not sure if short staffed or just a bad server... plus it gets very noisy in there. But, we wanted to see the football games.

The appetizers weee fantastic, serve hot and quickly. The main course equally good. Had the shrimp appetizer and egg rolls. Shared the wedge salad and short rib risotto.

Always professional staff throughout the entire evening. We so appreciate their positive attitudes and great work ethic. Kudos to the chef or chefs as all six of our meals were phenomenal in taste and presentation.

We went to Cooper’s Hawk Winery to celebrate my wife’s birthday. This was our third visit and Likely our last. The noise level was so bad my wife removed her hearing aids. When we were seated they acknowledged my wife’s birthday saying we’ll do something special. My wife couldn’t eat her meal the chicken piccata - too salty. The waitress offered to box it and bring some beard. She brought her leftovers but no bread! Like the missing birthday surprise I guess. I could go on but just to summarize there are much better places in SW Florida for the price, with much better food for the price. The attempt at an up scale winery fails miserably

I’ve been a wine club member for several years and love to go to Cooper’s Hawk for our celebrations. Last night we celebrated my husband‘s birthday at the Cooper’s Hawk in Fort Myers, Florida. Our server, Jalene was suburb! She is a consummate professional I loved how she gave us time to have a conversation and enjoy our evening. Jalene is 10/10

The food was excellent but unfortunately our experience wasn't ideal given the poor service. The restaurant may have been understaffed that night - it was over an hour into our reservation before we put in our entree orders. The staff didn't explain the reason for the delay, nor did anyone clear plates, refill water, etc. without us asking. Waitress was pleasant but had to flag her down to get her to take our order after an hour and 15 minutes and she never stopped by to check on us. At one point, we had empty meatball dish, appetizer plates and 20 empty wine glasses on our table for 15 minutes. Such a shame because we enjoyed the food and the wine experience.

Service was spot on. Took our server's food reccomendations and we were not disappointed. Shared a cup of seafood bisque which was outstanding. The surf and turf was truffle crusted beef medallions and lobster tail stuffed with crab meat. Absolutely terrific. Can't wait to return. .
