   We go to Cooper's Hawk Winery * Restaurance at least once a month for lunch - sometimes more often. Normally fairly quiet and food is always great. Service a little spotty at times.

   Food and service were excellent. Outdoor dining was a little disappointing as the setting Sun was in our eyes. Have never had a bad meal at Cooper’s Hawk.

   I have been a loyal customer of Cooper’s Hawk for over 20 years and they never let me down. I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is always great and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Treat yourself by visiting this restaurant.

   Went to Cooper’s Hawk Fort Myers for our 20th anniversary and they did not disappoint. The veggie enchiladas are the very best! My husband had the pecan crusted grouper and said it was the best grouper he’s ever had and this man knows his grouper and is a food critic. He loved his whole meal as well did I. Our waitress Alexis was top notch as well.

   We had the chicken egg rolls and the seasonal lemon berry cake. Both were good. We were seated right away and while it took some time for us to place our order the food came out quickly. We then proceeded to a tasting and were thrilled to see our favorite guy overseeing our tasting. He’s always a delight to converse with and has a great attitude. I ordered a Napa chicken salad to go for my partner at home. It didn’t look like previous orders of the same salad and was heavy on cheese but not the almonds or cherries. The size was quite different but maybe that’s a downshift in salad size overall since the last couple months. Regardless, we had a good time and are glad to be members.

   I love this restaurant so much. I was here last night with an outstanding experience and yet again tonight with an even better experience. I enjoy being a member of the club and enjoy the various wines and meals that are offered.  last night we had Eleanor as our server. I’ve had Eleanor on another occasion or so and as always, she is outstanding. She gives you time to think things over. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and an overall asset to Cooper’s Hawk. Yay, Eleanor!!!

    First off we had a reservation but had to wait about 15 minutes for the table. They bought us complementary champagne for our anniversary and that was a nice touch. But then it went all downhill from there. We were served our salad which they had to place on top of our menu because our server never took our dead order. After the dinner was ordered we had to wait quite a while for our meal. When the meal was served, it had obviously been under the lights for an extended period of time. I had the scallops and shrimp risotto, and it had a crust on it from being under the light so long. The scallops were the size of a dime in the shrimp were something you would find on a Chinese buffet. As for the risotto, it tasted like rice with the sauce, not creamy like it should be, and it wasn’t the right type of rice for a risotto. My wife’s dinner was also hot from the lamps and was bland. They try to push their wine club from the start and as far as I’m concerned, they have no interest in serving good food. This is just another chain restaurant with high prices.
