    The food was good, service was good. The kitchen was way behind. Ordered two appetizers, one came out in 12 minutes, the second one took 30 minutes. The manager gave our first round of drinks for free, very nice. I've been to this restaurant four times and there always seems to be an issue in the kitchen.

    I went there with a special lady to ask officially to be my girlfriend and it was amazing! Chelsea was our server and did amazing work! I wish I would’ve gotten the hostess’s name that helped me with this special day and told the kitchen about my plans but I tipped her as well so thank you to everyone involved also including the manager and came by and congratulated us! I will be back, thank you so much again everyone!

    The only positive takeaway I had from Cooper's Hawk is the quality of the food itself. Otherwise I did not enjoy the restaurant. We were seated within arm's distance from another table. The overall noise level made conversation difficult, and the service was lackluster at best. There were no offers at attempts made by the staff to refill our water or other drinks, even after multiple trips to our table. I would not recommend this establishment to someone I did not like. I definitely would not recommend to my friends or family.

    So the wine may be good but I don't recommend going for food. The 43 dollar filet mignon was nothing more than a sirloin steak. I can get equal food for a lot less money elsewhere.

    Excellent place, great food and our waiter was top notch. We will definitely return and always make a reservation because this place is always busy! We got in within 5 minutes of our reservation time.

    The service was horrible. It took 30 minutes for us to get a cocktail and bread. The service at this Cooper's Hawk is not consistent with the other restaurants.

    We just recently tried out the Cooper's Hawk restaurant in Avon, IN. I made a reservation for 3 people for 6:30 pm on Thursday 3/16/23. When we arrived we gave our name and were asked to wait a few minutes (we arrived about 5 minutes early). Then we were seated at our table. The waiter showed up about a minute later and took drink order. We ordered the Roasted Vegetable and Goat Cheese Flatbread appetizer to share. It was very good. We all ordered the Crab, Shrimp and Lobster Bisque which was fabulous. Highly recommend. Next, I ordered Chicken Madeira which was fantastic. My husband ordered Parmesan- Crusted Mahi Mahi and brother ordered Pistachio-Crusted Grouper for their entrees. They really liked them and would order again. Only 1 dessert was ordered and we all shared - Chocolate Flourless Torte. Everyone enjoyed this dessert. All in all, we had a wonderful evening, dinner was great, service was good and we will surely come back again.

    It was a busy Wednesday nite. Apparently, more servers were needed. Service was a little slow, but we were not in a hurry. Unfortunately, our salads came followed 2 minutes later by our main course. Dessert was good. Took awhile to get the bill. We inquired about joining a rewards card program before we were seated. They have a wine club with a monthly fee that you can earn points. It seems rather complicated because it took 15-20minutes to explain in the tasting area. Then we had questions for our server which was another lengthy explanation. Not a user friendly rewards card program.

    Everything was delicious as usual! Brought some family here that were visiting from out of town. Food was great for everyone, and our waiter Nate was awesome! He was very polite and patient, we didn’t feel rushed and was able to enjoy our time together. Thank you Nate for a great experience for my whole family. We will definitely be back for sure!

    The food was delicious. The service was very fast even though the restaurant was totally full. Our server, Nathan, was super knowledgeable and made great recommendations. It was a little loud but once we were sitting at our table we could carry on a conversation easily.

    Our food was delicious and our server was always available but not overbearing. The restaurant was hopping. The only down side is the acoustics make it very loud and we felt we were shouting across the table. Other than that, it was a perfect evening.

    We had a reservation at 6:15 and didn't get seated until 6:45. Sat at table for 10 minutes before the waitress took our drink and appetizers order. Did not see waitress again to order main course until 30 minutes after our appetizers were eaten. Food came about 40 minutes after we ordered. Most of the food was moderately warm or cold at best. Will not go back.

    Cooper's Hawk is not expensive. Certainly not for a meal whose preparation, I am sure, was supervised by a chef.

    The food was decent, however, the service was what was so bad. We waited a good 30 minutes after ordering cocktails before they ever came. There were other tables that were sat much later than we were that had drinks and bread. We had to ask for bread and the manager actually got kind of snarky about it when we did. We had to ask for silverware and side plates. We ate our appetizer with our fingers because we didn’t get silverware and plates for quite some time. Then the entree order wasn’t right and the waitress took it back, dropped off the new plate and we never really saw her again. Just wasn’t up to par for what it costs.

    Our first time dining there and we will definitely be back. My wife said it's in here top 3 favorite restaurants already. Very professional and courteous staff and the food was spectacular in a laid back atmosphere. A must try for anyone that has not been there.

    Slow going. Had reservations however, bar seating was available. Server cleaned the dirty table with a napkin before seating my wife and I… no spray nor cleaning rag. No silverware or napkins. Had to ask for all necessities. Doing okay till the manager requested to split our table for other guests right in the middle of our dinner.. I declined. He asked if everything was okay.. again okay for now just a couple of not up to the usual standards. That is when things took a turn for the worse. Excuses were plentiful at best.. he was not able to understand my simple okay, but just not a good night. He continued with excuses till I requested for him to leave the table. No follow from the server on if the food was okay.. luckily it was.

    Our server was wonderful. She met our every need and still went above and beyond. The food was terrific and the wine was exceptional and well worth pre-ordering. I am excited for when it comes in.
