Great outside seating. All the staff was attentive and friendly. There wasn’t a big selection but the wines we tasted were good. It was a little pricey but it’s a winery in Breck so as expected. They didn’t have any food selection.
Small space, great service, great wine!
Continental Divide is always fun to visit and have a glass or two, or bottle of wine...even during COVID! We continue to sit outside until we are fully vaccinated and the fire tables are great. We even sat in a snowstorm the other night and looked like snowpeople when we left 🤣. Be sure to bring a blanket if you do sit outside so you can stay awhile.
Wines are tasty and fine!
My husband and I had a reservation for a snowy evening. A lot of people arrived at the same time, there was only one hostess, and quite a few tables were still set with used tasting glasses. With limited reservation times due to COVID I was disappointed that it took a bit of time to get a table (even tho we had a reservation), and once we had a table it was more than 15 minutes before she could come to the table to take an order; as she was pouring To-Go wine for walk ins (that was frustrating).
The wine was okay; the 3 reds I tried were all more dry than I prefer. I was hoping to try “Colorado” wine, but most of the vineyards featured were from CA...It makes sense, but a little disappointing not to be able to try something new or different.
Overall, I wasn’t excited about the experience. Although the hostess was kind enough to make a substitution in the flight and was nice.
It was amazing! Staff was super sweet and accommodating
had a great time around the outdoor fire-heaters, great wine selection too!
Very friendly staff. Tough to accommodate a large group but they were helpful. Should only book with reservations.
Just a wine bar. Fun
It was a fun experience! The only complaint, by the time we were seated and served, we maybe had 40 min for tastings. Our reservation was for an hour inside, which wasn’t enough time. They accommodated our table outside with a fire pit table and had a blast! Andy was informative and fun! Visiting the store is our annual tradition and plan to come up again on the Spring/Summer timeframe.
Great experience! Very popular, so reservations are usually needed. Outside fire table seating is great, and you can pop over to the cheese store to get a fantastic charcuterie tray to go with the wine. If the fire table is on, you might need to relocate your wine away from the heat, but ambiance is great. Dog friendly too!
It was very cold for outside seating - close to 0 degrees F. But service was friendly and we sat close to the fire table.
We had several of the wine flights and everyone was happy with each of the wines. The outdoor seating was a little bit of a challenge on a cold night, but the firepit table is a good option for when there is no space inside for seating. The wine server was really knowledgeable and helpful with info about the wines, as well. Great experience!
Some of the wines were good, but this place was a little overrated in my opinion
This is not a restaurant. They do not serve food. You can walk across the plaza and order food to go and then return 30 minutes later to pick it up. They allow you to eat that food in their storefront winery. Agen, I assume all Open Table vendors are restaurants, this shop should not be on your website.
Good for the wine, but it was very slow. I felt bad for our waitress because she was clearly the only person working when we were there and managing several tables both inside and out. She was kind and polite and gave us big pours, and we were understanding, but the service was underwhelming nonetheless. Considering that we had vouchers for free wine flights, I was surprised that our bill ended up as high as it did.
Group was cold even with the fire tables and heater. Wine was very good though. No food once the cheese shop closes (and outside, there really isn’t space to eat around the fire pits)
If it’s cold and windy, consider elsewhere, but it was a fun spot
Wine selection was great, included some local wines. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
They do not serve food. The service and wines are friendly and plentiful. Many interesting varietals to try and buy. Best wine club terms I’ve ever seen. Fire tables are gorgeous, but don’t provide a lot of warmth so bundle up if it’s cold. As long as you dress warm, tasting/drinking wines in the snow at 10k+ feet is a treat! Looking forward to our coming wines.
Fantastic place to visit when in Breck. Great Asian themed menu, which was not expected, but delicious. As always, the bourbon drinks we great. Highly recommend getting a smoked old fashion.
You could not ask for a better location with personal fire tables. You can even order carryout from Bold Restaurant and eat at your table. We are also wine club members, and the personal perks are worth it.
Such a cute spot for a date night in Breck! Great wine and that service was wonderful!
Awesome spot, got apps delivered from the cheese shop next door!
Wonderful experience! Great Wine!
Great Ambiance! But cold!
Indoor and outdoor fire pit seating. Ordered food from BoLD and was delivered inside the winery.
The outdoor dining here is right where everyone walks off the mountain so it’s crowded and loud. Also, there is no food at all. I love the Colorado wines but don’t recommend this spot while dining outside.
Very great experience. The waitress was extremely nice and they allowed us to roast marshmallows which was awesome !!
We opted for the outdoor seating and had a great time tasting wine with our own private fire pit in the middle of a snow storm! A true Colorado experience.
Great outdoor setting
Great service and wine.
Nice place and good wine
Nice outdoor fire pits to keep warm while outside social distancing!
Love this winery and we always stop in every year when in Breck. Sitting outside with your own little fire is the best. You can order yourself a glass, flight or bottle and just enjoy it. If you would like food and you didn't perhaps bring any, you can order from one of the nearby restaurants.
We love the winery! Be sure to make a reservation as they have been limited on seating due to the towns restrictions.
We love this place, nice and relaxed, exceptional service and knowledge of the wine.
We order a cheese plate from next door and it’s a wonderful time!
Thank you for visiting us and we agree - our neighbors the Breckenridge Cheese Shop are awesome. You are welcome to bring food into the winery to accompany your tasting.
CDWinery is a wonderful place to relax and learn so much about out wonderful Colorado wines. All staff is so informative and wonderful.
Great wine tasting. Friendly staff.
Chill vibe with great outdoor seating!
