Another wonderful experience. This was probably my tenth visit in the past year and my favorite restaurant in Costa Rica. Steak, grilled vegetables and great red wine, we all spot on. I’ll be back!

My only recommendation would be to reconsider the wine selection, as the current offerings are significantly overpriced compared to the overall quality and to similar options available at other restaurants. Additionally, the air conditioning is extremely cold. I understand it can be challenging to satisfy everyone’s preferences, but the temperature was genuinely uncomfortable and difficult to manage. A more moderate setting would make a big difference.

Conservatorium es una experiencia integral entre comida, servicio e historia de cada plato. El nivel de atención es superlativo y la calidad de la comida no solo se percibe en su sabor sino en la creatividad de sus opciones. Las cantidades tienen el toque junto para disfrutar entradas, fondos y postre en forma satisfactoria. La selección de vinos es muy apropiada para acompañar la comida. En Conservatorium se siente el cariño que le ponen para que el comensal se lleva una grata experiencia. En particular, la carne es de excelente selección y los puntos muy bien logrados. Recomiendo ampliamente Conservatorium con una excelente alternativa para los que quieran tener una gran experiencia culinaria.

Excelente experiencia gastronómica. 100% recomendado. Les recomiendo la panceta de cerdo, ribeye con 31 días de maduración y postre bosque de chocolate. Exquisito todo. Gracias!!
