Steaks were okay, expected better. Salad and lobster dip were better than expected. Service was good, considering Friday night prime time. Noise was acceptable but we requested to sit in a quiet area.

My wife and I ordered soup for our starter and neither were hot, basically warm. Our entrees came and my wife had to send hers back because it was lukewarm and in seasoned and mine was warm but fine. We will definitely go back, but we will order different food.

Our waiter, Rob, was excellent, attentive, polite, and gracious. The Lobster Bisque was full of lobster bits... real lobster! It was divine. We order a ribeye steak with french fries and a prime rib with a loaded baked potato. Both were perfectly made to our specifications. I ordered a glass of Coppola Black Label red wine from California. It was my friend, Barb's birthday and I had requested that the restaurant do something special for her. A birthday card was at the table when we arrived. At the end of the meal, a young woman brought out a strawberry shortcake with vanilla ice cream and whipping cream with a lit candle atop. I had asked in my reservation request that the waiters sing. I asked her to sing "Happy birthday" but she responded that they are not allowed. She sang it quietly anyway. That made all the difference to my friend who enjoyed her evening out and her birthday dinner. Thanks!!!!

The luncheon special sirloin with blue cheese was tender and delicious. The side of cream spinach was amazing and could be shared with another person. It would be nice to order two different sides and split them.

The very worst service experience I have had in a very long while. Took my food back because was not cooked .. did not ever receive it. It was thrown away! A $40 plus steak. Too many other crazy things to recount. Manager did come by twice to help make it right. In the end I never got my meal. Will not be going back anytime soon.
