   Our server Jake, was AWESOME!!!! He made our experience so special! It was my parent's wedding anniversary! I GREATLY appreciate his WONDERFUL customer service, by paying attention to details and being very attentive!

   We began with a cocktail. Our server was eager to take our order. We gave her our order and asked to have some time with our drinks before the food. We were not even half way through our drinks and my husband’s wedge salad and my lobster crab bisque we served. The bisque was excellent and served hot. The wedge salad was prepared with the creamy blue cheese dressing and blue cheese crumbles , but also a vinaigrette dressing. A little different twist. I had finished my bisque, but not my cocktail and my husband was not finished with his salad or cocktail and our entrees were served. At this point we sent them back, as we had just mentioned to our server that our 1st course was served before we wanted and she assured us that dinner prep was taking 25 to 30 minutes, which would have been okay, but they arrived in about 10 minutes. My husband chose the crab cakes, which he remarked were all crabmeat and no fillers- excellent. I chose the Chilean Seabass Oscar. Excellent, beautiful preparation and served hot. A manage was making the rounds and stopped at every table at which time we advised her if our “speedy service “ experience. She welcomed the feedback, offered us a complementary in house made ice cream, which was very good and very creamy. At this time we learned the restaurant has only been open 3 weeks. Should we find ourselves in Tallahassee in the future, we will definitely return to Connors.

   Our second time at Connors, but first time for dinner. The food and service were mediocre. Steaks were tough and as far as I could see not the USDA prime we were expecting. Lobster bisque was watery. Salads and rolls were good. Unfortunately, this is not the uptake steakhouse that Tallahassee deserves.

   Overpriced and slightly better quality than Texas Roadhouse. Good ambience. Don’t see what all the hoopla is about. Average steakhouse at best. Does the job.

   Only reason our service was rated a 4 instead of a 5 was bc its was prom night so they were really crowded. Hands done BEST Prime Rib I have eaten; super tender. Everything was exceptional and in a casual atmosphere. Will definitely go back.

   I took my wife for our anniversary. We really loved the food and atmosphere. They even treated us to a small dessert to celebrate the occasion. I definitely recommend.
