    Asked for a booth, put in bar area. Pretty loud. Order for daughter came out wrong. Apologized and paid for desert. Disappointed

    We had a reservation for a party of 5, which included three children and two adults. We were seated a few minutes past our reservation because our table wasn’t ready, which was fine. The real issue was that it took our waitress 22 minutes to bring our drinks. She took our order and then seemed to forget about us. She noticed her error and finally brought drinks but forgot my water. Then, she forgot my husband’s salad yet remembered the salads next to us. When we were finished, she finally brought our ticket but charged us for three kids’ drinks, which came with their meals, so we had to ask for it to be changed. Overall, the food was great - from the lobster bisque to the ribeye to the kids’ chicken. However, our waitress was extremely slow and caused frustration due to her forgetfulness.

    Connors is one of our favorite restaurants! The staff is friendly and very experienced. They are always in a good mood and it reflects on your dining experience. Sara is one of the best general manager in the restaurant business that I have ever met.

     Service is excellent, and the food is outstanding. Manager walks around to be sure everything is OK. My only complaint is the girls that work at the front desk are not very friendly otherwise a super restaurant to go to.

    I realize that my posts are getting boring already… nothing new, nothing troubling.. Just plain wonderful food and service. Six of my friends enjoyed an early dinner at Connors in Sarasota for my friend’s special b/d. I have been going there even though I live in Venice, Florida, 9 years. We need a Connor’s here… it would save me $$$ in gas money!! Our waiter was Jacob. As he approached our table of 6 gabbing women he smiled. Poor guy… had to put up with all of us but I must say he conquered it very well with graciousness . Thank you Connors for another great dinner! Nan Miller
