   Always a fun time. The cocktails are beautifully crafted to enhance the selected theme. Servers are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The bartenders are talented mixologists. We try to go to every theme.

   Great time. Service was spot on, drinks were whimsical and kept with the theme. Not a fan of banana but the monkeys in a barrel was so perfectly balanced and the garnish was perfect. Thank you for an amazing time on our date night

   I was excited to finally score a reservation here...it was a cute, little spot. My husband is a Wizard of Oz fanatic so he enjoyed the decor a lot. Not sure it's as amazing as the hype, but a fun place for a drink. Great service.

    This was my favorite theme so far, Emerald City! We went all in and had a fabulous time. The decor and themed drinks were amazing. The food was delicious, as always. We love the staff and service too! Maxwell, Thomas and Neek are the absolute best!

    Sadly, after trying for some time to get reservations to The Conductor Club, we were pretty disappointed with the experience. After arriving 20 minutes early to our reservation, the front desk finally let us head upstairs about 5 minutes after the reservation time...then, we had to wait about 10 minutes for anyone to come to the reservation desk and actually let us in. The room was decorated in a very fun manner...we were still excited. BUT, after finally getting in, it took another 10 minutes for the ONE waitress to finally come and see what drinks we wanted. Then, another 10 minutes go by and our drinks arrived. My drink...Barrel Of Flying Monkeys" was good; however, my wife chose the Emerald City Spritz...and, it was horrible. The waitress never asked "how are the drinks". We were there about an hour and decided it would not be worth ordering another drink and decided to leave. The waitress and bartender at that time were involved in deep conversation with the table behind us and the waitress was not attending to the other patrons of the bar. It took me about 15 minutes (in a tiny bar with 9 tables...most 2 seat tables) to get her attention and ask for our bill. Needless to say, The Conductor Club has lost its luster for us and we will not be returning. I'd give the atmosphere a kitschy 3 out of 5....the drink quality a 2 out of 5....the service a ZERO out of 5...and the overall value a 2 out of 5. In my opinion, the only reason to go would be for the kitschy decor. If that is not your "thing", then I would avoid and go to someplace like Hey Hey Club, Mercury Room, Drastic Measures or Swordfish Toms.

    We love attending these pop-ups. They are fun for date nights. I am hopeful in the future they will change up some of the appetizers for those of us who are "regulars".

    This is our third time going to the conductor club. We loved our drinks. Our service was outstanding and the drinks were wonderfully crafted. We love their different themes!

    Fun hidden gem to have a night out with friends or your significant other. The phone number listed is actually for Pierponts but the staff not have been more accommodating. Will definitely return for future date nights!

    We had a reservation and waited 25 mins to be seated. Took 15+ mins to get our first round of drinks. The food we ordered (desserts) came out before our drinks. Drinks were so so. We wanted to order more food and another round of drinks, but no servers to be found. Took forever to flag someone down. Couldn't order more food as the kitchen closed, and the server spilled our second round of drinks all over the floor. The booking fee doesn't get added to your bill. There was old theme decor still on the wall. Couldn't really tell it was Austin Powers themed anyway. Overall this was not worth the hype. I won't go back.

    I only gave food 3 stars because my friend and I didn't eat. But everyone who ordered around us, their food smelt and looked great! I loved this Christmas Grinch pop bar and hope they do it in the future!! 10/10!

    We did not have food this time. They had a limited menu due to NYE. When we have had food in the past, it has been delicious. The drinks were fun and fabulous. The atmosphere was terrific, and the service was wonderful. I am thrilled we finally made it in for this theme!

    Drink menu was great and all were delicious and in neat themed glasses. Service was fast and friendly. Decor is spot on for the Grinch/Whoville theme! One thing unlike all the other pop up bars in KC is the kitchen menu. I get that they don’t have their own kitchen and pair up with Pierpont but they really should have their own menu. $16 for a lobster Mac that is the size of your hand and 3 slivers of lobster is a rip off. $26 for two very small crab cakes was a waste of money. Would like a place to get decent priced apps and drinks.

    While we have had a truly wonderful experience many times previously at Conductor Club pop ups, this particular experience was fairly disappointing. All the drinks were excellent as usual. The service/staff attitude and ambiance is where this edition fell short. The music selection was something other than you might expect to hear at a very specific Christmas pop up. Albeit this res was after the actual Christmas holiday so assuming staff was maybe a bit burnt out of the “Grinch” playlist that we were able to see had been cultivated by scanning the QR on the menu. But the real disappointment was our inability to get service to get a drink in the last hour of our 2 hour block reservation. When we did finally get a final round ordered, we were informed that we instead needed to tab out as there was no time for us to be served with a full 20 min left on our 2 hour reservation. We have been frequent attendees of many of the Pop Up creations. We constantly look forward to what the next one is. Unfortunately this particular experience has considerably less interested in the next iteration.
