   Amazing staff. Truly went above and beyond to make this dinner an experience for our group while we were celebrating multiple birthdays. Food was AMAZING. Drinks were perfect. Five stars doesn’t do it justice!

   The staff welcomed us the minute we walked in the door with a “happy birthday” as we were celebrating my husbands “special 70!” They had a hand written card signed by the staff and brought a surprise dessert ! The food was outstanding especially the bone marrow taco which is what brought us to the restaurant. The wait staff was outstanding! We loved our experience and would recommend to everyone especially those celebrating a special occasion!

   Food quality was terrific, staff was not only courteous, but also attentive and went above and beyond making our party feel special. Looking forward to our return trip.

   If you have the opportunity, the thought, or even just are recalling a memory of this place, believe that it is a sign you SHOULD GO. 10/10 every. Damn. Time. No misses. All hits. Trust the server. Trust the bar tender. Talk, drink, be merry. There is NO group or occasion that doesn’t belong here.

    I have been so many times since moving here I am surprised I haven't left a review sooner. Let's start with the good: - The food is incredible and wildly different than a lot of other Mexican cuisine in the city WHEN the kitchen is on. - The space is stunning. - The place is well staffed with food runners and wait staff always around. The bad: - The patio situation is hit or miss and creates chaos when the weather doesn't cooperate. I have had to dine at the bar 2x because someone's table wasn't usable and the domino effect somehow bumped my later RSVP from somewhere to sit. Wildly frustrating when I am trying to conduct business. - The kitchen can be pretty inconsistent and sloppy when it is busy. They need to tighten up. - The host stand gets crowded and sometimes the hosts can be quite rude. I don't understand what it is with this place but the girls running that station can be down right nasty upon check in. I hope they can sort things out, I do love the place but this is Austin. It spits out the places that can't figure it out.
