Really cute French country decor and staff vibe was great. Food was locally sourced, cooked with so much flavor, simple, fresh, creative and really well done. We will definitely go back!

We had a wonderful dinner! Highly recommend the summer crostini absolutely delicious. Also had the eggplant entree and the lamb both were spectacular! Great portions great value for the quality of food! Dining done right! This is a hidden gem in Escondido! I will be back on my next visit from Nevada!

Service was excellent. Good wine selection however if you want just a glass it was limited. I ordered the eggplant steak and would order it again. My wife had the pork chop and was reluctant to share it with me because it was so good. Have the brussel sprout horderves they were great.

I think there is a saying that goes "why only have a glass, when you can have the whole bottle". But maybe I made that up... We do rotate our wines by the glass often if that helps. Let me know when you're coming in next and I will have some additional options for you. I am so glad your wife liked the porkchop, it really is amazing. We can't wait to cook for you again!

This is arguably the best restaurant in Escondido and perhaps North County. True farm to table, excellent preparation and delicious food. Do yourself a favor and eat here soon.

The meat and gravy were very salty. Unfortunately the meal was too salty to eat.’ The service and drinks were very good.

Goodness Marc! I am disappointed that your experience here was not what we strive for. I looked up your check and saw that you and your guest actually split the "meat and gravy" so that means neither of you were able to eat dinner that night. I would have loved the opportunity to fix the issue while you were here, we would have remade it or offered another choice to you and your guest to share. At this point, two weeks later, I can only offer my regrets that I didn't have the opportunity to give you the experience you deserve.

Had a beautiful birthday dinner here. Phenomenal and gorgeous cocktails. We got the pork chop and rack of lamb for dinner. Both were very good. Meal portions were huge! We left stuffed! Can’t wait to go back and try other items on the menu :)
