    The food was just okay at best and everything seemed a bit overpriced for the amount and ingredients. My order had to go back twice simply because I asked for the chopped salad without salami. The waiter was too insistent on her offerings and seemed inflexible..almost snarky without enough gravitas. Very pretty restaurant. Seemed too much like a big, overly influential and pricey signature chain from the early 2’s.

    Took over an hour to get food. This was my 2nd time and the same experience bothe time. I will stock with Daniel's in Apex, where service and food are always great!

    The pizza was just okay. The chicken parmasan was very hard and hard to cut. Maybe it was overcooked? The fish dish was a very small portion size for 30$. Expensive for the quality and quantity of food. Also the music was very loud you had to yell for the person next to you to hear you.

    Our waiter Shawn was very knowledgeable of the menu, food, drinks and history of the restaurant! Enjoyed the picture fame and the table that was reserved for us. We will be back again!

    First visit, pasta was truly made fresh and in-house. Worthy of its high price. Second visit, shared a dried out pizza with little sauce and fresh basil with a skimpy caesar salad. Last visit, fresh pasta was replaced by something out of a box. Sauces were uninspired. A cocktail (old fashion) cost $20. Dinner for five not warranted for it’s $190 price!

    It was my wife and I anniversary, and while it was a beautiful time I was a little disappointed that I was asked if the restaurant can do anything to help us celebrate. I provided some thoughts and was surprised to be asked, but nothing was done so just not sure why it’s asked if there is no follow through. Food was great, service, etc that was just the one thing.

    We wanted to love it, but we were disappointed. Food was served luke warm, a 10 minute delay on one meal out of five. The tea was so strong it was undrinkable and made me feel a bit ill. The location is beautiful and vibrant, but there seems to be a disconnect in the kitchen? I reached out a week before our reservation asking about if they could offer cake cutting service for a special birthday cake brought from our home town to celebrate my student's 21st birthday. I got no response. Pricing and quality don't equate.

    The bartender was excellent. Our waiter was the best ever! The food was superb . We had the fish cooked whole which our waiter recommended . It was as delicious as any fish I have ever eaten!

    Food was good. Service was not great. We were there for lunch in the middle of a tropical storm, so there was only one other table occupied. Took 8 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our table after being seated by the hostess, despite multiple staff standing around talking. We did enjoy our pizzas and burrata. Generally underwhelmed for the price point so probably won’t be back.

    It was just incredible! They made everything special. They want the customers to have a great experience, they don’t rush anything, they want the costumers to enjoy their time there and the food! It was worthy every penny. They are detail oriented. We went for my birthday and they took the time to know about my favorite stuff before the day and they made drinks based on that! Isn’t that awesome?? I would recommend this place to every person and I will definitely go again.

    My husband and I have made Colletta a staple in our restaurant rotation. From the hostesses to the servers to the other staff members — everyone makes you feel like your dining experience matters. The food is always tasty and consistent! Highly recommend for special occasions or just a random date night!

    This was my first time visiting Colletta. Overall the food was great! It’s a little pricey, but I don’t mind paying more for good food. Our waiter was another issue. Mitch, could benefit from a few customer service courses. There were many times when he took way too long checking in on us. We had to constantly remind him to bring us drink refills and to clear plates. However he did have a great time playing with his other waiter friends. The restaurant was not busy when we were there so there wasn’t any reason why I service should have taken as long as it did. Outside of Mitch, we really had a great experience!

    Service was very good. Food presentation was good food lacked flavor in multiple dishes. For the price point of plates and what I received I would not recommend or rush back to done at.

    i have to say that i am picky. however, waitress was attentive and proactive. it was a busy night but service was still respectable. food was delicious and fresh! definitely going back. reservations are definitely required; there’s no just “walking in”.

    Everything was very delicious!! Top notch! Service was excellent! Only thing that I would recommend: the lasagna needs more sauce! Plus, it needs to be served with a couple pieces of toasted garlic bread!! ;-) But, very delicious.

    Overall great! Food and drinks were very good. Only disappointment was that I read reviews about the restaurant doing things for special occasions like setting flowers and drinks on the table, giving gifts, and complimentary drinks and dessert. I didn’t get any of those things besides being told “happy anniversary”. The restaurant messaged me a couple days before my reservation asking about our favorite drinks and hobbies, I replied with a message about drinks we like. We ordered a drink at dinner and our server acknowledged our note much later after we had already finished our drink and asked if we wanted another but we said no thank you. No offer for a complimentary dessert either as I saw on many other reviews. I thought maybe our drink would get taken off the bill, but it was not. I definitely don’t expect free things, but I had an expectation of some sort of special treat based on other reviews and the restaurant messaging me directly about my anniversary as well, just flowers on the table would have been nice. It’s okay though, food and service was excellent otherwise. I’d like to come again!

    Food is mediocre. Not great. Not worth all the wait time for reservations or the prices. Too much garlic in the red sauce. My pasta dish (not tomato based) was way too watery. Ceases salad super low brow compared to what you’d expect at a spot like this. Wait staff was kinda phoning it in. Didn’t seem to know their stuff. Ordered a wine that never arrived. They didn’t notice. Asked for it twice. Still didn’t come. Not sure what the fuss is about. So many great restaurants in the world. We won’t be back.

    We had been here once before but decided to come back for our anniversary dinner. Oh my goodness! The level of service we experienced was fantastic. They had flowers at our booth waiting for us, and both our server and the manager wished us a happy anniversary, and when we ordered tiramisu for dessert, they decorated the top with "Happy Anniversary." All of these details combined with an absolutely delicious meal and service from our waitress Morgan made it a wonderful night out for two tired parents! We will definitely be back.     My wife and I had a dinner date here for the first time and we were very pleased with our experience and the food. The only small complaint that we had was that no bread was included with any of the entrees. We thought it reasonable that if you're going to pay $150 for a meal that we shouldn't have to pay extra for bread. Other than that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and we will definitely be returning in the future.
