   We tried Colletta for our first time during restaurant week. Ordered the focaccia, beet salad, polpette for starters. All was very good - beet salad was fabulous. For entrees we tried the mafaldine & market fish which was grouper with mushrooms & brocolini - both were impeccable.

   Overall a good experience. Our waiter was very good and the ambience was very nice. Food was delicious. Note that lasagna and chicken Parm are HUGE portions so cost is acceptable at over $30 a plate for them. Other members of our group had a pasta and a fish dish which were good as well. Salads are quite large and easy to split. Wine selection was good had a nice cab. You will likely need a reservation as it is not a big place and seems very popular. Good place for a special occasion meal. Really enjoyed it.

   Another wonderful experience. Celebrated a relative’s birthday and high school graduation. Our waitress went beyond expectations and made our relative’s evening a night to remember.

   Poor service. Mediocre food. Overpriced for the quality. Seated right behind hostess stand where waiters mingle while their guests sit waiting for service. Never acknowledged our special occasion nor asked if we were celebrating. Noticed several other waiters did ask their tables. Waiter forgot to bring what was asked for. Long waits between each ask. No suggestions/explanation of dishes. I asked for the meat to be left out of my pasta and they did so however they added random vegetables of which I don’t like. Luckily I wasn’t allergic to any of the added vegetables. Husband got the grouper which was fine. Bread is extra $ and bland. Didn’t risk being let down any further with a dessert. Needless to say, not the anniversary dinner I expected. Doubt I will return. Carrabbas is better than this.

    The food was delicious and our server was very good. Knowledgeable of the menu, recommendations were on point and nothing was too much trouble. We chose to sit outside as the inside was very cool and rather noisy. It was a perfect night for sitting out and the atmosphere outside was lovely. The gardens at Fenton are beautiful, there was enough pedestrian traffic to make it feel alive without being too busy. We will be back

    The customer service was excellent, good wine selection but the ravioli was comparative to a can of Chef Boyardee. Too much dressing on salad. There was no tart in my lemon tart.

    I love this place. Everything we ordered was delicious.. always is. Our waiter was awesome. I ordered the Limoncello collins with gin instead of vodka, soo much better that way. My favorite drink.

    Nothing special although some reviews led me to believe otherwise. We waited over 10 minutes for a waiter to approach our table, finally flagging down staffers. Waiter was very congenial and even noticed he was delivering the wrong drink before setting it down. We had the burrata appetizer which was flavorful and of good size. I have had fresher, creamer cheese, however. The scallop appetizer was tasty and the six scallops of good size and freshness. The pizza was very good especially the crust. A bit over priced and under managed.

    I was excited to eat at Colletta since I'm a huge fan of Oak Steakhouse. Unfortunately, the food was not up to the mark from the Caesar salad to the Pizza and Pasta. Caesar salad had no flavor and barely any dressing. Pizza was just ok. Lasagna had no flavor and was burned on the edges. My husband's dish - the flank steak was good. Also, one of the pasta dishes had good flavor but everyone complained about how the food was too acidic and heavy. Service was amazing and I loved the atmosphere but came for the food so therefore we will not be coming back.

    Colletta's was a fabulous experience. My family and I went last night and had a wonderful time! The food was great- highly recommend the Market Fish and Burrata appetizer. The drinks and focaccia bread were amazing as well. If you are planning on going, ask for Rafael as your server. He gave us great suggestions and has such an extensive knowledge of the menu. The desserts were all delicious, but the Spumoni Semifreddo Alaska was another level. Much thanks to Rafael for the recommendation and helping make the dinner so special.

    The food at Colletta is wonderful and we enjoyed our meal. Unfortunately, even though the staff were friendly, the service was not ideal. Our appetizer took a very long time and when we tried to substitute it, our server did not put in the correct order. My husband also ordered a second drink that never came throughout the meal. Again, food was amazing but the service and environment did not match the pricing.

    Chicken parm was very dry. Charcuterie board was boring and server didn’t bother to tell us what was on it. Service was kind but clearly inexperienced Wouldn’t go back.

    First time @ Colletta and definitely not the last. Started with burratta cheese appetizer served on toasted bread with strawberries and balsamic reduction with greens. Delicious. Moved onto an Italian salad with greens and salami lightly dressed. I had agnolotti pasta stuffed with braised short rib. Outstanding though a bit light in the serving. Three more pasta pieces would have been ideal but the dish is packed with flavor. My partner had malfadine, a spicy tomato fra Diablo generous portion. I drank a limoncello collins with vodka and she had a black Manhattan. Service was as impeccable as the food and it wasn’t overly noisy for a Saturday night. It did take three months to get reservations. But do not pass up the opportunity to dine at Colletta. You will be pleased at the experience!

    Over priced and very limited menu. For example, we spent $87.00 including tip for a shared salad and two average entrees for lunch not dinner.

    First time visit to Colletta's. The restaurant was recommended by friends and it did not disappoint. Our waitress was outstanding, friendly, attentive and very responsive. The menu is not overwhelming but they had a couple specials which enticed a couple of us. All meals, including an appetizer pizza (SPICY SOPPRESSATA) were delicious. We ordered a couple of desserts which were equally good. One small concern to us was the noise level for what we thought could be a nice Italian dinner. The seating area is completely open in a rectangular area with no sound buffers. Difficult to have a conversation at a small table of 4. This does not deter from the meal which was our reason to visit for our first time. We will be back.

    Good Italian food is a much needed addition to the area. The food was very good. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. The clam app and lasagna were stand outs. The environment was bright and chic. Fenton is a nice destination. Our only complaint was the server rushed us out.

    Had the opportunity to check out Colletta last night with some friends and it did not disappoint! Italian happens to be one of my absolute favorites and every dish was delicious. We ate outside as it happened to be a perfect night, but had a chance to peek inside. The atmosphere reminded me of what you would probably see at an Italian restaurant in New York with leather booths and low lighting with the smells coming from the open kitchen. You couldn’t help but get hungry just waiting there. We started off with the Focaccia and Burrata salad. Both were simple but flavorful. Our waitress told us all dough and pasta was made from scratch in house so we decided to get a few dishes to share. We got the Regina Colletta pizza which was unique and cooked perfectly. The flavors worked so well together I would recommend getting it. Then we got the lasagna and the mafaldine. The lasagna was good and was quite a few layers of thin homemade pasta sheets. Our favorite dish was the mafaldine which is their spicy pasta. This was the perfect amount of spice and wasn’t too much. The pasta shape was unique and the flavors were robust- our standout dish amongst the entire group. We also enjoyed a bottle of the Sangiovese which I would recommend again. Overall we had a really great experience and look forward to coming back and trying more things on the menu.

    I’ve been multiple times and every time the service is outstanding and food is so delicious. The servers have extensive knowledge of the menu and give excellent food and wine recommendations, the food is always so delicious and perfectly portioned, and the ambiance is perfect. I never feel rushed, or like we wait too long - the service is perfectly timed! I always recommend to friends and family.

    Was seated immediately (had reservation), service was excellent, tables are nicely spaced to allow for conversation, food was very good with large to huge portions. The chicken parm could have fed my wife and I and with leftovers. Prices were what you would expect. Overall, very nice place with good food and great service.

    Everything was amazing! We left another nearby restaurant because they had 6+ items out of stock on their menu, and we felt that was unacceptable. Walked across the street to Colletta and it more than made up for it! Elizabeth is a very talented server. Cordial, accommodating and knowledgeable about the menu and wine list.     We came for my husbands birthday. The food was excellent. We shared the lasagna and a pizza. The lasagna is incredible. Isaiah was our server and he took such great care of us. Thanks for a great birthday dinner for him. We will definitely be back.
