First, the bad news: Overall, I realize that this restaurant is in an upscale area. However, in today's economy, the prices were high for Italian food. Having been in the restaurant business, the mark up on pasta is absolutely outrageous. They could easily mark the entire menu down by 15-20% and still make a killing in that area. Now for the good news: Katie was our server and she was fantastic. She was attentive without hovering and provided great guidance on the menu. There were also a couple mishaps, for example, they served the wrong side dish with an order, but between Kenny the assistant manager and Katie, they made the whole night worthwhile. They were gracious and generous and provided excellent service. Katie even joked about the dip that came with the focaccia, whipped ricotta with lemon and honey, in that you could just eat that with a spoon and nothing else, and she was spot on. If not for the rock hard end of the focaccia, the dish would have been perfect. Charging $8 for bread, it should have been perfect. We did not raise this issue as they had been so incredibly gracious about everything else. Bottom line: I would recommend this restaurant but go in with your eyes open. It is expensive AND make sure you have reservations. Thank you Katie and Kenny for your service.

Not worth the hype or difficulty getting a reservation. Food we had was bland to moderate in taste, not worth the cost. Atmosphere was great, but would not be a repeat customer, left dissatisfied.

Excellent Caesar salad. The pizza had lots of prosciutto and delicious crust. They make their own gelato. The sea salt and caramel is wonderful!

It was Easter and the restaurant seemed to be understaffed. The server was as attentivess she could be. The food was delicious when it arrived.

Well, we’ve been here before and I always liked it, but we wouldn’t a Bolognese pasta that was so full of pepper. We couldn’t eat it and then we had some potatoes with crab softshell crab Benedict was delicious. Potatoes were hard and dry with no flavor at all so $150 check and we were not happy although the place is beautiful. The service is wonderful and we’ve had much better experiences there before.

The food and service were absolutely wonderful! I took my wife for her birthday. Colletta reached out to me asking about her favorite hobbies and colors, and when we arrived, there was a small bag with a gift inside of her that she loved! Our server, Katie, was fantastic! She made sure we enjoyed the evening and gave great recommendations. All of the food had superb flavors. I recommend this place to anyone!
