It's a lovely setting with wonderful service and a terrible menu. There's little to no menu selection and everything was over-priced. Go for a drink and then find a restaurant that serves truly good food.

I think 2 fish tacos, 2 ice teas and a small very tiny scoop of gelato is should not be 130.00, the fish tacos are arrived pre cooked and frozen so no chance for a grilled fish option

Outstanding dining experience in a beautiful setting with ocean and resort views! Love the upscale but relaxed vibe, was here on a rainy midweek evening and it was very chill with low noise. Service was excellent, as we were treated like special guests! The food was delicious and outdoes most non-resort restaurants in this category. They clearly aren't resting on the name, loved the Jidori chicken! This is a must visit restaurant along the coast!

Brunch at the Pelican Hill Coliseum Bar and Grill was excellent!! My date and I enjoyed quick and pleasant service, tasty grub and a wonderful view of the pool and golf course. It’s a bit on the pricier side, as expected at a resort, but you get all of the bang your bucks can muster. They made my date a Caesar salad, which wasn’t even on the brunch menu! That’s service!! We will be returning. 10/10

We have frequented the various dining establishments at the Resort at Pelican Hill. As always, the view is beautiful especially on a sunny warm day. We were however overall very very disappointed with the Coliseum Grill. Service was okay; just okay maybe because our attendant went on a 30 minute break. Food? The best item we ordered was the French toast. It was light and fluffy and delicious. Everything else was ‘meh’ to unacceptable. Let’s start with the apps. We ordered two flatbread pizzas. The Margherita was basically a kids’ cheese pizza. No fresh sliced tomatoes or sliced mozzarella and basil. We asked about this and the attendant went back and had the kitchen add a few slices of tomatoes. Members of our party ordered entrees that included French fries and potato chips. Both were soggy. But because our attendant was on break and the substitute attendant wasn’t checking in on us, we couldn’t send it back for fresh French fries or chips. I ordered a bagel, cream cheese and lox. Even my bagel was cold. It should have been toasted. Good thing, too, that we had a couple extra glasses which one of us asked to be filled at the start. Why? Because no one came around to refill our glasses. If we were paying $15 for an entree, then okay. But when we are paying more than double, then it isn’t okay in my book. Call me disappointed!
