   Fantastic. No other words to describe it. The food was fresh. Service is top tier. View of the pool and ocean are breathtaking

   Went to dinner there Sat night. Parking & valet was full so had to go park at the hotel & walk over. No a huge deal but somewhat annoying as you can't walk through the hotel to get there. Sat inside but their shades do not block the afternoon/setting sun so you're facing into the sun as you eat from the booths. They were definitely short handed staff. It's pricey so I would have expected better. I've had lunch there numerous times but not dinner.

   Went to the Colosseum for an early Mother’s Day breakfast. Views are fantastic. Service was great. We got the omelette. You create anything you want with it . An added of touch, we got the brioche French toast for the table. Just like you would expect pelican Hill was great and thank goodness it was a bright and sunny day, which made it even better.

   We have the perfect table so we’re looking for the pool. I had the two eggs of your choice meal. The potatoes were a little salty. Also the ceviche which didn’t have much flavor. My friend had the chicken sandwich. She said that was really good so we’re definitely be going back. Can’t beat that you.

    Rachel was our server and was very attentive and friendly. The runners and support staff were also on the ball. I love the vibes here and it has been my 3rd visit in just over a week.
