   Have been many times and enjoyed, but not recently. Very disappointed by this visit. Ambiance: redesigned interior has no energy and a poor vibe. Menu: updated menu is limited. Food: average at best - complete decline in quality and flavor. Service: server brought wrong appetizer (there are only a few on the menu), forgot one of our entrees and never checked back with us until time for the check. Overall, very disappointing to see a solid, unique and fun restaurant become bland, boring and pedestrian. Unlikely to return or recommend to others.

   Overcharged on the bill for am entree we didn't order, some attitude, mistakes in ordering. Tip included in the price for 4 people, labeled ' service charge'... deceptive.

   Great food and very nice space. We had the lomo and arroz con pollo as well as the ceviche. All were delicious. The host and waiters were super attentive.

   What a find! The Lomo Saltado was excellent. The salad was unique and yummy. And the churro-based caramel bomb dessert was the best dessert I've had in a long time. The Arroz con Pollo was good but not remarkable. The restaurant is small and not particularly fancy, but they have a few outside tables, which is key for us. Our waitress was very good. It is a 10-minute walk to the Pantages, so it works as a pre-show restaurant.

   They add 20% pre tax and don’t let you know. If distracted you will tip again. Scam! Be aware.

   You're here for the arroz con pollo, the paella and the ceviche mixto, which are all fantastic. Service was ok, but this is a pop-up and they're still working things about. But the food makes it worth it — as do the terrific cocktails. (Get the pisco sour with purple corn.)

   We loved the food at Los Balcones and found the Colibri food to be a poor version of it. I made a reservation far in advance and when we got there, the servers seemed very surprised to have a table of 6 and ended up pushing small tables together right in front of the window. The restaurant was not well air conditioned and our seats were in full sun. Needless to say, we were very hot and uncomfortable. Our server was sweet and young but very inexperienced so she removed cutlery and didn’t replace it and just seemed a little confused about her job. Nice Pisco sours (not amazing but passable) and we liked the paella.
