   Lovely dinner in a beautiful, cozy space. Our waiter was fabulous and gave great recommendations. The wine list was great, I had a really delicious glass of Pinot Noir. We ordered the short rib and one of the pasta specials for our entrees and both were excellent. We really enjoyed our dinner here.

   Fantastic food and service. Unique cocktail menu. I’ve been in multiple times and they always treat me and my group very well. Won’t hesitate to come back. Some of my favorites were the route 5 drink and the elk loin dish and the TARTIFLETTE AU RAGOUT (by far the best in my opinion)

   We visited Jackson primarily for fine dining and Coelette did not disappoint! The dishes were memorable with truly unique flavor combinations, unlike anything else you'll find in Jackson or frankly anywhere else. The desserts were also to die for. And the service was excellent - when the manager noticed that our after dinner drinks didn't arrive until after our dessert, they comped us another dessert to try. I also loved the ambiance and layout of the restaurant - it was divided so two and four tops were on one side with a partition wall full of antiques and trinkets separating them from larger (and louder) groups. It was cozy, comfortable, and well decorated. We will be coming back to Jackson specifically to dine at Coelette again!

   Wonderful experience overall. The room is charming, service attentive. We were worried that the menu seemed a bit pretentious but everything was delicious. Highly recommend for a special dinner!

    Outstanding! Cozy, sophisticated mountain interior, kind, gracious service and excellent food combine for an extraordinary experience…certainly matching, even exceeding the best dining of any large city. Reservations are understandable tough…so plan ahead, anticipate and enjoy! Elk tenderloin and pasta were nearly perfect…Schnitzel special was good, very flavorful but required a bit of work to navigate given thick breading. Trio of deserts was a perfect end to a lovely evening.

    What a beautiful restaurant. The server was friendly and informative about the menu. The cocktails are very highly recommended… delicious. I had the duck and it was the best I ever had.

    This restaurant is amazing!!! The quality and creativity of the menu is beyond all expectations. We enjoy fine dining and have been blessed with some of the best in the world. Don’t let the small town of Jackson, Wyoming fool you. This is hands down world Michelin worthy. A special gem to make as your destination.

    Service started out great, but then disappeared. It was a disappointing dining experience. We were seated quickly, and order was taken, but waited 45 mins for food. We were told it was because we ordered steaks. We had ordered salad that they could have served first, but delivered with meal. You have to order bread and butter and pay for it. They need to rethink that. Food was good, but not an experience I would recommend or others in group would recommend.

    Everything we had was outstanding. The pork chop was INSANELY delicious and my husband got the duck, and he also loved it. This place it dark lit and very well thought out. 10/10!!

    Nice ambiance. Vodka tonics perfect. The squash salad was outstanding, one of the best salads we have had. The burrata was disappointing, as it was paired with home made potato chips that were hard as granite and didn't work with the burrata at all. Soba and Black Rice mains are flavorful and unique and delicious. "special plum desert' was flavorless, tiny plum cut in half and served with flavorless creme anglaise and a hard tiny tasteless cookie of some sort. Price is very expensive for mains. If you are careful what you order, can get some very nice dishes, but variance is high. Busy in a good way, but wait staff over burdened, some try hard, some not.

    Overall one of the best meals I have had in Jackson. From the ambiance to the service to the food, everything was outstanding. Nicole was awesome at the bar and coursed our meal without us asking. Enjoyed them explaining the food when it was served so you could just savor the food without trying to figure out what something is. We had the pancakes, beets, pork, lamb and the trio of ice cream. All were delicious! Looking forward to another visit.

    This was my second time dining here. The last time was when the restaurant first opened in December 2020 and we had a great experience. Unfortunately, the food and service has gone downhill. The food was okay. We ordered the beets, soba noodles and had the sturgeon and steak for mains. For dessert we got the candy box. Everything tasted fine but was not anything to write home about. They used to have a delicious beef tartar and rabbit pasta. It was really disappointing that nothing we ordered was as good as last time. The real disappointment was the service though. We were wowed by the service last time. This time we were basically ignored unless we waved someone down. The waitress was extremely friendly with other diners. The same treatment did not extend to us. Maybe it was because we sat at the bar or maybe it was because we were the only Asian diners but needless to say we will not be going here next time we visit Jackson.

    The service was fabulous! The decor was gorgeous and thoughtful. The food was DELICIOUS! It’s heavy vegetable menu and unique meats like duck or rabbit but we had wygu filet!! The flavors were amazing!! My spouse actually ate beets and carrots!! I would highly recommend this place for the food curious and those seeking a unique dining experience!!

    Nice ambience for a date night spot. Appetizers and drinks were good though Serrano pepper in my drink was super spicy! Mushroom pasta was amazing. Kind of dark inside but cute decor.
