Lovely dinner in a beautiful, cozy space. Our waiter was fabulous and gave great recommendations. The wine list was great, I had a really delicious glass of Pinot Noir. We ordered the short rib and one of the pasta specials for our entrees and both were excellent. We really enjoyed our dinner here.

Fantastic food and service. Unique cocktail menu. I’ve been in multiple times and they always treat me and my group very well. Won’t hesitate to come back. Some of my favorites were the route 5 drink and the elk loin dish and the TARTIFLETTE AU RAGOUT (by far the best in my opinion)

We visited Jackson primarily for fine dining and Coelette did not disappoint! The dishes were memorable with truly unique flavor combinations, unlike anything else you'll find in Jackson or frankly anywhere else. The desserts were also to die for. And the service was excellent - when the manager noticed that our after dinner drinks didn't arrive until after our dessert, they comped us another dessert to try. I also loved the ambiance and layout of the restaurant - it was divided so two and four tops were on one side with a partition wall full of antiques and trinkets separating them from larger (and louder) groups. It was cozy, comfortable, and well decorated. We will be coming back to Jackson specifically to dine at Coelette again!

Wonderful experience overall. The room is charming, service attentive. We were worried that the menu seemed a bit pretentious but everything was delicious. Highly recommend for a special dinner!
