We reserved a table for Sunday lunch. First time there, we noticed that it's really loud and we can't hear what the person sitting across the table from us was saying. After we ordered, the kids meal arrived within 10 minutes and we were very happy with it. But then had to wait 50(!) More minutes for the adults dishes. After 30 minutes or so the server came to the table telling us there was a delay in the kitchen (no **** Sherlock) and our dished would be right out. And then we waited 20 more minutes. Once the food arrived I noticed that the water pitcher was already empty but the server disappeared before I could say anything. And then for 10 or 15 we all tried to get the servers attention. They were in- and-out of the room but no one bothered to look up and see us frantically waiving our hands. The service was truelly oweful. I don't think we'll come back.

Very, very loud. The food was unpalatable. I had the white chicken dish. It was dry, very salty, and visually unappealing as everything on the plate was beige! My companion had a pork dish and had the exact comments. The drinks were good...I might go back just for a drink. We told our waitress we would like to order dessert. After 10 minutes with no dessert menu, we gave up and left. Over all, a pretty bad experience. I will not soon get over that plateful of beige food!!

We had the back area with one long table that was perfect for our moderate-sized dinner meeting party. Noise level was low so we could hear each other without difficulty, yet the overall ambiance of the restaurant was still present. The food is always amazing.

You don't find Oxtail on a menu often, but Coconuts Caribbean had them and with an interesting take. Very tender and well seasoned with a slight bbq flavor. Their halibut special was exceptional, cooked in a wonderful stew pot with a great coconut flavor. It was a pleasant surprise for us. The manager was extremely friendly and offered us refills on non-refill drinks for coming in during a slower time of the day. We're happy to go back if we get a chance.

Love the menu, I could make a whole meal on just picking all the sides the offer. Ox tail is always the best. We usually come with a big group, so there's lots of plate sharing. Service is always excellent, very accommodating to our party of 15. We'll be back!

Went to lunch with a friend and had drinks, apps, entrees, and dessert. "Everyting" was delicious! Ordered: Da pain killer Spicy mango habanero margarita Spinach salad Coconut shrimp Citrus brine pork Curried chicken and sweet potato pudding All of it had a nice little kick(including the beverages) Love the open window and patio service Staff is super friendly, helpful, and attentive

First time visit. Went for lunch with co-workers (it was just the 3 of us). Food was amazing. Each and every dish was perfect. However, nobody attended us for 15 minutes after being seated. Then we ordered ourselves at the bar. Even after that. water was not given for the longest time and then food took about 45-50 mins to come. To the point a table which came after us was served food before us!

Not been there for a while and they have changed a few things on the menu, it is more family style now. Food was still great, but beware the portions for main courses are quite large. Our waitress was not very attentive. The place was empty at the time we went, only us and one other table, and she basically ignored us, we had to call her over several times. We had to wait a while for water, and we got our drinks when we had almost finished our appetizers. She was chatting with her friends at the other table most of the time, and when asked by her boss to serve us she argued with her in front of everyone. We saw a sign on the window that they were looking for staff, so this may be a bit of a problem they have a the minute.
