    Our server Niki was one of the best servers I have come across. She had a good ear and acted without prompting. The food was delicious! The only thing I would say is the outdoor furniture definitely seen its better days and view of ocean was obstructed by a barrier wrapped around the perimeter of restaurant. I think the hotel could use some sprucing up. I Understand that the salt air reeks havoc on structures, but noticed chipping around building. Hence my 4 out of 5. If it was just a review of restaurant and service it gets a 5 +. Interior restaurant looked nice.

    Server was lovely, drinks took a very long time to come to the table. View is great. The entire exterior needs an overhaul along with outdoor dining furniture. Food was delightful. Ambiance in the restaurant was nice. Will return😊

    It’s all about the ambiance for me. The food is slipping and the prices don’t reflect the quality of the food. Cobalt needs to improve their menu.

    We had a great time at Cobalt. The food is delicious and the portion sizes are good for the high prices they charge hence the stars for value. That said, the wine markup is super ridiculous, so we likely will come back for meals with friends who drink less :) (a delicious Sancerre on the menu for $125 can be bought in a store for $24.99). Food recos - Foie Gras app, Caviar app, scallop entree, and my dining companions shared that the Lamb and the mac & cheese dishes were also noteworthy. Our server, Nikki was awesome - friendly, super knowledgeable and attentive. My dining companions were a little put off by the larger service support, or lack thereof, in that for the type of restaurant and the price point, they expected Nikki's support staff to be a lot more visible (we had to ask for napkins and flatware after getting our first food item, when the tables are typically set before seating), and we ordered 2 plates that we stated would be split between 2 of us, and we would have expected the kitchen to plate the split. When the food runner brought the single plate, we even had to ask for extra dishes to split it ourselves. these are minor things, and we just reset our expectations that while the prices may be high, the vibe is still pretty casual. Great views on the outdoor seating area, and nice ambiance, and they are good with kiddos too (crayons and coloring sheets, and a kids menu). We will be back!

    I’ll start with the good. Tuna Nacho appetizer is excellent! Now the disappointment: Open Table shows price as $30-$50. Steaks, which is what we planned to order are well over that range. A simple rib eye is $78 and comes with nothing! There are steaks priced up to $150! Crazy! The entree is literally the only thing on the plate, not even a garnish to make it look upscale. Very disappointing. Restaurant was empty, that tells you something! (except bar area with good entertainment/ music).

All our steaks are top quality USDA Prime and served in the classical steakhouse style with family style sides. We have 2 cuts available around $150, which are meant for sharing and are 35 Day Dry Aged Cuts. Cheers!

    Excellent service. Jonathan was very attentive & quickly responded to our needs..The octopus appetizer & short ribs were very good. Great bar . The main dining room is a bit noisy and open. The chairs are low and could use recushioning. Location is excellent & the vibe is decidedly upscale.

    Another amazing dinner at Cobalt. The octopus appetizer was delicious. The ribeye was perfectly seasoned, and at the right temperature! Enjoyed the key lime pie, and the smoked old fashion. Kudos to Jonathan for taking exceptional care of us!

    Evidently there is live music on Tuesday nights, which we did not know, so it was extremely LOUD and very distracting, making it almost impossible to carry on a conversation at our table of 4. Service was okay, food was fine but not spectacular. We couldn’t get out if there fast enough!

    me and my family went to celebrate my birthday and the place seemed dead the attitude of the employees was very serious as if they already wanted to go to sleep and it was only 8:30 pm the food was good but I would not go again

    We had a very lovely Birthday dinner on the patio at looks onto the ocean. The view was stunning. However, the service was even better! We had a professional, caring and prompt waiter. He met all of our needs with a smile and a kind word! The food was cooked perfectly and presented beautifully! All in all a wonderful spot for a special occasion dinner!

    For tonight ladies night we chose to drive up from Port Saint Lucie for dinner. I must say we had the best experience that we have had eating out in a LONG time. Our waiter Tom was excellent! He is knowledgeable about the items on the menu, he gave great suggestions with meal choices, our glasses were never dry, provided clean utensils, just overall perfect service and very pleasant. Serge also came by and made sure everything was to our liking. P.s don’t tell Justin I said this but the food was delicious! Thank you guys for a delicious meal!

    We chose to sit inside enjoying our dinner in the air conditioning instead of the summer heat outside. After dessert we took our after dinner drink outside and enjoyed a little time on the beach watching and listening to the waves. The staff was friendly, the service was great, thank you Jenna. Serg was happy to answer all my questions as to the origin of the octopus and other items. The food was excellent.

    My wife and i had a fantastic meal out on the patio for our very rare date night away from our kids. Winston was beyond amazing, hands down best service we have ever experienced, and that’s coming from someone who has owned and operated upscale restaurants for the past decade. The food was well presented and came just as expected, cocktails were also very well made. Coming from someone who has very high standards for whats to be expected out of a fine dining experience, Cobalt certainly did not disappoint.

    The food and the ambience was great, but you just can't justify the price. Dinner with tip for two people with no alcohol just shouldn't cost $264.
