   It’s such a beautiful location. The bartender was rude. The service was slow and very uncaring. It just made the whole experience actually horrible. I stupidly have been a couple times, HOPING I would have a better experience, but sadly no. I will never go back.

   Nikki was an outstanding waitress. She was knowledgeable about our wine and food selections as well as friendly and engaging. Highly recommended.

   Windy, so moved away from the door. Spinach salad was nice, but small. Server was efficient, but did not feel like we were her most pressing responsibility. Waited for quite awhile for drink order. Portions could have been a little larger. $4 for 1 chocolate chip cookie; absurd!

   Cobalt's atmosphere, service, and food is truly unmatched. My husband and I got married at VBHS/Cobalt 6 years ago and felt so lucky that we were able to dine at Cobalt to celebrate our anniversary. The food was even better than I remembered, and that's saying a lot as our friends and family still talk about the food and venue. I ordered the NY strip steak, which was seasoned and cooked to perfection and my husband ordered the swordfish and was thrilled with how flavorful it was. The sides, mac and cheese, and brussel sprouts were delicious. We also ordered the key lime pie and was delighted with how tart and rich it was. We also received a complimentary glass of champagne for our anniversary. Our server in particular, Jonathan, was excellent! We are so appreciative and are looking forward to the next time we can return!

   Another great experience at Cobalt. I went with my wife and mother in law, and we had the tuna nachos to start and each of us had a filet mignon. The steaks were cooked perfectly. Our server, Jonathan was great, informative about the menu, and attentive to us. Always a good meal there.

    Beautiful day so we ate outside. Ordered French toast with brûléed bananas, a praline sauce, and pineapple. Surprising but absolutely delicious combination. Smash burger and short rib sandwich were also delicious. Perfect setting, nice view of the ocean.
