Save your money. Went there for our Anniversary. Ordered the NY strip medium rare. It arrived well done. Sent it back. They brought out another steak not cooked well either. The steak was encased in fat that was not e
ven rendered. Inedible. Had to argue with the Manager that we were not paying for the inedible meal. Really I had to argue this? The steak was $52 and the sides which were also inedible were $12 each.

Cobalt was wonderful a bit pricey,but worth every penny for the service,ambience and view. Food was delicious .Would recommend without hesitation

Very disappointed with our experience. Our waiter was not personable at all and very frank with taking our order. It also took him a long time to come around and get our drinks. The menu was nothing special and way over priced.

I brought a friend from out of town to Cobalt because it’s the perfect spot to view the best of Vero beach !!
Our server was friendly and helpful. We sat outdoors and although they were short staffed due to Covid, she was spot on and courteous.. the food was great and my friend was thrilled with my choice

2 of the 3 ac units were broken. Say us by a window which made it worse. Had to ask for drinks and bread. Oysters were tiny food was cold. Not a good dinner
Great happy hour with excellent appetizers at good prices. The shrimp was 5” long.
Dinner also excellent. Had the scallops over lobster/shrimp risotto and hubby had the salmon. Both very good.
Sat outside by the ocean which made for a beautiful evening.

First impression at the host stand - didn't really think much about it at that time but the host was dressed in personal trainer attire (keep this in mind at the end of review)
Requested to sit at an outside table, very nice umbrella tables and spaced out from other diners, nice view of the beach. 4 stars
Menu - the menu given to you is not the same one on the website. I asked the server if there were any other items available other than the menu (because the menu is not the same as the website!) The server answered with an attitude. There were 3 others seated with me and they all felt the server's vibe as well.
Food - I can only speak for myself, I ordered the cobb salad, 4 out of 10. Small portion, most of it was romaine lettuce on the white side. I also ordered a side of croissant. This was the worst. Croissants are supposed to be light and layers on the inside. When I picked up the croissant it was very heavy? why was it heavy you ask? because the inside was like a lump of uncooked dough! Weird because the outside of the croissant was normal but when you tore it in half it was just a thick heavy lump of dough.
Chose this restaurant because it was supposed to have a lot of vegetarian options, no, because once again the menu on the website is not the same as in person.
Overall food was meh, service was meh and won't be going there again.
Still gave the server 20% tip. Because at least she showed up to work as well as the personal trainer/host.

When you come to a boutique resort and go to their high end chef-driven restaurant on property, there are some basic expectations. Ambiance, mixology drinks and a unique menu with local flavors and products. Missed the mark on all of the above.
We cam a little early to enjoy a cocktail at the bar. First impression as we sat at the bar...what is that horrible stench? I am a 30 year restaurant person, and I have never smelled a bar that bad. We lasted less than five minutes and got up to walk away from the bar...and should have walked out completely. The lack of cleanliness at the bar is usually an indicator of how the rest of the restaurant is kept. Our table was ready and was far away from the bar, so we sat. It was 8 PM on a Friday night on a beachside restaurant. The lights inside were still set at full on, so the ambiance inside was unpleasant. Outside, we were told that that the tiki torches and fire pits would be lit up for ambiance...they were never lit up. Diners outside had to use their phones to see what was going on.
Service was acceptable, but wine knowledge and choices were lacking. Food came out in adequate time, but was typical. We skipped the appetizers because nothing was interesting. The tofu vegetarian dish was supposed to be pressed and they were just raw cubes you can get at any Chinese restaurant. The recommended filet tips were not tips...more like snips and bit. I don't know why they asked me what temperature I wanted the filet tips, because they were so small and tasteless. It was a trip back to grade school cafeteria chipped beef. We skipped dessert and bailed out of there to try and salvage the evening. Would not recommend for dinner. Breakfast was good.
Nice restaurant. If you are on patio it is beautiful. A bit overpriced.

Dinner was great - oysters on the half shell for apps- the hearts of palm salad refreshing - I had the rack of lamb - cooked perfectly - my husband had the salmon - it was great - only problem is loud music from attached bar - put in sliding doors - don;t need mediocre live singer in a 5 star restaurant

Cocktails were very good, and it was downhill from there. Service was horrible, and it wasn't 100% the server's fault. Food was under-seasoned and under cooked (almost raw). Lobster had no flavor. Didn't bother wasting time with dessert. For what it cost, I expect more than a glorified Cheesecake Factory.
The food and service are excellent. The chairs need to be replaced as your face is nearly on the table you sink so low!( bit I hear a redo is in the works). The cost is as should be expected as the restaurant is in an hotel and quite good.

Ambiance and service was excellent. Appetizers were very good. All guests (3) had the saltimbocca chicken which was over-done and on the verge of being dry enough to send back.
First time visit and I will return to give another try.

We had a fabulous experience tonight - Waiter - Matteo was spot on and attentive - food better than first rate - we both had the oysters for apps new york strip for dinner w/ salad a steak fries -WOW so good I'm booking for the weekend

Arrived early with reservations for brunch on Sunday. Seated quickly and was able to order soon after. Before our food came the couple adjacent returned a calamari appetizer for being to spicy, waitress responded with "....maybe we'll get a new chef soon". Not shaken, I held hope.
My Steak and Egg Hash, presented in a gourmet style 4 inch round, sunny side up egg on top with a pesto basil circling the plate. The Chicken and waffles was coated with a brown thick sauce. Two kids sliders, one fruit and one salad, served plain with cheese. The Steak and Eggs hash was tasteless and the pesto was on 100. The "sauce" on the chicken and waffles killed the whole thing, and also was tasteless. Only the sliders were "recognizable" by my taste buds. $75 for 4 to hear the ocean waves.
Won't do that again.
We celebrated our 5 yr anniversary there. The outdoor dining area was beautiful and romantic. The food was also excellent however it too about 2 hrs to get our food. I didn’t mind too much bc we were enjoying the view of the ocean but that was a tad much to wait.

The food is not anything special, I would call it average . They serve fare you can find in any chain restaurant. The food quality does not match up to the high prices .

I started with Chesapeake oysters on the half shell. They were small, but tasty, served with both a mignonette and cocktail sauce.
My wife had their 'caesar' salad. It tasted fine, but was wrapped in a weird cylinder shape that was totally unnecessary.
I had the New York Strip with Demi Glace for my entree. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare, with a nice charr on its tope. Superb!
My wife had the steak tips and thought they were delightful also.
