   Wonderful Sunday roast over Easter, tender lamb, fabulous Yorkshire pudding and a great selection of fresh vegetables. Great service, looked after by Zach. Would fully recommend.

   Busy local pub that serves excellent Sunday roasts. There’s nothing fancy about this pub but with the addition of a log burner and great food it is now busy, friendly and enjoyable. I’m fussy about roast dinners and this one is all cooked from scratch with fresh veg and local butcher’s meat. Mash and roast potatoes plus creamed leeks…. heaven !!

   The sunday dinner was amazing, best sunday roast ive ever had in a pub. Cant wait to try again. Lovely atmosphere, nice to see our local thriving again. Well done guys

   Fabulous roast dinner, great portion which was very tasty. Fresh veg and tasty Yorkshire pudding. Plates hot which makes a difference, Freya and Zach did an excellent job looking after everyone in a welcoming warm environment.

    The meal and the staff were lovely. Just a little hiccup of not having a side plate for the bread and butter starter. There was a little delay in meal options. The staff was so helpful. Thank you
