   The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars across the board was volume (but, it was Happy Hour when we got there with a Guardians home game). Food, Service(Tim our server) was all exceptional. This was a great find in a Boutique Hotel. A great addition for people attending Playhouse Square (10 minute walk). We will be back soon.

   Absolutely gorgeous decor, great setting and bar. Nice cocktail and food menu. Service was friendly and capable but kitchen was slow. They did provide a nice dessert for our birthday guest. Definitely will come back but hopefully they will staff up for busy times.

   This was our first time dinning at the Club Room. We both had the Herb Cod with Risotto. The food was excellent - cod cooked perfectly and Risotto was as well. The service was very efficient and our service was very pleasant.

   The food was absolutely delicious. I had the cod. It melted in my mouth. The Mexican margarita is also delish. My friend had the gnocchi and said it was ahhmazing.

   This place is quickly becoming my favorite spot downtown for dinner!! The decor is unmatched, the cod dinner was amazing, service was awesome. Already booked another reservation and hoping to stay overnight in the hotel for a staycation!

   Small elegant hotel dining room and bar. Hasn't been open very long so there's tons of potential for this to become an intimate hideaway for a quiet quality dining experience. Great beginning that promises to become more refined in the coming months. I'll come back for certain.

   I think it is pretty. Drinks good. But mjne are pretty simple take vodka and put in a glass. Nice design but the food was so disappointing. I go to many restaurants and prefer local chefs. This was just bad. Frankly. I hate saying it but truth. be. known.

   The Club Room at Fidelity is a very inviting, attractive setting which I highly recommend. I just wish my meal (Ravioli with duck confit) was better. It was quite expensive ($31) for several very tough raviolis is a thick tomato sauce. The content of the raviolis was indiscernible. My elderflower gimlet was very good. I'll give the place another try and I hope the food will be better next time.

    The food, service, and ambiance were wonderful! Our experience took a bad turn when the valet took over 45 minutes to pull our car around when we were told to give a 3-5 minute advance notice when we were ready for the car. Further, the car smelled of smoke upon return. Definitely go to this restaurant, definitely do not use the valet service.
