   Food was good but service was really poor. The waitress should change job... she totally forgot about us in more than one occasion, never came to refill our glasses or ask if everything was ok. Result: it took 2hs to finish a brunch.

   We loved Club 19. It was perfect and quiet and serene. The view was gorgeous. The food was delicious. The drinks were crazy expensive so ordering more than one was just not an option. We loved our server CHRISTIAN. We will definitely come again.

   Monarch Beach Resort is by FAR my favorite brunch spot in all of south Orange County. Such a scenic view with tasty food and great service, I recommend it for any occasion!

   The restaurant was closed for a function when we arrived. Apparently there's no connectivity between the restaurant's booking system and OpenTable's database. The following day, we saw that it appeared to be open on Google, but was actually closed. They need to sort this out.

   Love this place! Best place for lunch during the week when the weather is nice. Beautiful ocean view over the beautiful Monarch Beach golf course. Everything on the menu is delicious and there is a good selection of choices.

   This restaurant did not honor our reservation. We arrived and was told there was a wedding event and we couldn't eat at the restaurant. So why was the reservation available when I booked? I was not offered anything in return for their mishap. Will not be returning.

    It was a cold day, could not sit outdoors, no indoor seating except at the bar. Meeting In the only indoor dining room. The only thing that made it acceptable was the very personable bar tender, Clark. He made sure we had a good lunch and made up for the uncomfortable conditions. Only go there when the weather is good.

    Had a wonderful meal at Club 19! The service was outstanding and the view was amazing. Our server was polite, cheerful and attentive. Was impressed when the assistant manager of the restaurant, Jaky Kilduff came to the table to check on us. So much attention to detail and very professional and engaging.

    We thought this was 4-5 star since it is affiliated with he St. regis. It is casual 3 star at best both inside and patio seating. We are completely cool with casual, but the ambiance is just ok! The service also gets 3 star and again very casual! The food was excellent!!!!! ,BUT, THE DRINKS WERE OUTRAGEOUSLY OVER PRICED! $25 for a double bloody Mary, $16 for a Mimosa! Two drinks with brunch...$82!!!!! Outrageous!!!

    We had reservations at 1pm on a Sunday, which we really didn't need because it was completely empty aside from 2 other tables. We ate outside and had a gorgeous view of the golf course and ocean. I enjoyed the food immensely. The nacho appetizer was the perfect size for 2 people and I ended up ordering the lobster BLT, which was AMAZING. The service was ok, but I felt it could have been better since we were almost the only people there. We had one very nice server, but he was later replaced by a woman who seemed bothered at having to help us. I would say that I would go back for the food, but because of the mediocre service, I think there are a few other places in Dana Point and Laguna Beach I would rather go for brunch/lunch.

    We all know, and sometimes love, Stonehill Tavern at the St Regis, but this little place designated for golf lovers is a truly a culinary gem. With happy hour prices, the place is a must. Views aside, the menu is well crafted and the chef amenable to alter the dish. We love it.

    Had a great experience at Club 19 for brunch yesterday. I have been there numerous times and was not disappointed at any time. Eggs Benedict was perfect and so was the steak and eggs.... Wish I could just move into the St Regis so I could eat there all the time. Oh, did I mention the killer view and exceptional service?

    Loved the ambience and the food was great. They split dishes doe us and even gave us separate sides. Delicious ice cream sundae for my birthday - complimentary. Will definitely go back.

    Went to Club 19 for a 10:00 Mother's Day Breakfast. The space was relatively vast and open - like a multi-purpose room that is flexible for any occasion. Although it was sunny - it was breezy outside and the wind was coming inside the space making it too cold. It got even colder as they opened the doors wider halfway through our meal. Unfortunately, our table was directly in front of the kitchen access with a partitioned wall shielding our table from the actual doorway. The space between the back of my wife's chair and the wall was about 24 inches. While our server was excellent - on multiple occasions other servers came out of the kitchen access and cut behind my wife's chair - creating a disruption for our dining experience. Food was fine - kind of hard to mess up pancakes, bacon and eggs, and the view was spectacular. However, I do not think I will be back at Club 19 again.
