When we arrived for our reservation at 7:45 we were told our table was still not ready and were seated at 8:15. We ordered immediately but didn’t receive our food until 9:00. Our server did not check with us at all during this time, and they messed up one of my friends orders and he did not receive his food until 9:15. The service was poor and disappointing

Haven't been here in quite a few years. It is a beautiful area for dining and I love the fact that they allow pups to join in a family meal. Other than that, probably wont be back here again. There are many restaurants that can bring the table's food all together and not make any parties of the table wait much longer than the others. Food was getting cold, came out cold or lukewarm and we were only 4 people at our table and from the first person receiving their food to the last, it took 20 minutes; not acceptable. The waitress told us the orders will come out separately, but we didn't realize with such delays between. We asked her a a couple of times and her first answer was as bit off, we also spoke with the manager about the delays. It was very loud and it didn't help that there were screaming/crying babies/children and a few bands, from around the area playing over each other, so having a conversation was difficult. The prices, for this family friendly venue were too high and we understand we are in Greenport which is pricey, but venues need to make sacrifices a bit to attract crowds.

Fun atmosphere. Food was good but $46 for a lobster roll and it was pretty small. I would have given a better rating but the women’s bathrooms were disgusting. None of the stalls had toilet paper and someone had to go get an employee to restock. Definitely not typical for someplace that charges so much for food.

Overall you are paying for the beautiful location and view. Food was just fried standard seafood, mediocre. Not saying it isn’t a nice experience but nothing special.

My first time writing a poor review of a restaurant... Inattentive server...never saw her after taking our orders. 2 people out of 6 got their food in a reasonable time. 2 people had to wait for awhile to get their food. Last 2 people in our party had to wait 1 HOUR for their food. Server never came over...Manager came out and tried to tell me some dishes take longer than others!...then told me I don't understand how a restaurant kitchen works...!...place was not even busy at the time. Only upside was they didn't charge us for the 2 late dinners but that didn't come close to making a poor experience any better.

Atmosphere is a fun waterfront vibe! Good music, cool setting, nice people. The food was ok. The menu is small and I expected much more for the price. Definitley more of a hang out and drink place than going for a great meal. If you’re looking for high energy, good time, cool setting this is your place. A great meal not so much.

Food was really good. Had a 7 pm reservation we checked in at 650ish. And we weren’t sat at our table till after 815. It was quite frustrating given, we had to wait over and hour for our reservation and there were numerous tables available. Very disappointed.

I took my 96 year old mom there for her birthday. We mentioned that to our server. It would have been nice for that to have been acknowledged. I realize the location bears certain pricing, but I thought the value did not balance with the expense. Also, I ordered a hot lobster roll. It came out with the fries piping hot and the lobster lukewarm at best. Very disappointing for a meal that cost about $250 for 3 people to have lunch ( and only one drinking alcohol).
