I usually love Claudio’s and we are regulars. This only relates to their Thanksgiving spread. It was outrageously overpriced, and the food was not good. The ham was incredibly dry, there was no cranberry sauce, we were really shocked. As usual, the service was excellent. They had advertised saying there were arts and crafts, and we thought it would be festively decorated, but it was not. But we were extremely disappointed and won’t be back for a Thanksgiving meal. But we will continue to return for their excellent seafood and their beautiful location on the water.

Quiet night. The restaurant wasn't crowded. Service and food were excellent. The GM Malik gave us a tour of this historic landmark. He is a wealth of knowledge. Lots of history. Lovely evening in the NOFO off-season

We had not been to Claudio's in many years and were blown away by how much it has changed from the Claudio of old. If you like me, remember Claudio as being part of the history of Greenport but somewhere to avoid then please go back. Nice decor, interesting menu, good bar and a kitchen and serving staff that know what they are doing.

The lobster was a disappointment. It was advertised as a 2 pound lobster, but it definitely was much less. It also seemed as though it had been sitting around already cooked. The service was excellent, and I would go back and try again, but I would not do the lobster special.

Great food and atmosphere. The staff was fantastic, with the manager Malik overseeing a great crew. Malik gave us a quick tour and made our birthday dinner special. He was awesome!

The atmosphere is good, service was good and food was good. Not excellent and paying $10 for parking was an absolute disappointment. We have been going to Claudio's for 50 plus years and this is ridiculous. Never have we had to pay for parking. But it does give you the whole East End experience.

Daniel was an exceptional server and made my birthday extra special. We sat outdoors and all enjoyed our seafood. Swordfish was spectacular. Loved the Pavlova for dessert.

We were at Claudio's for my wife's birthday while in Greenport. While walking around town we stopped by the restaurant to confirm our reservation (about 5hr's before) and asked for a nice table outside or at least close to the window when we arrive. When we arrived, we were seated at a table adjacent to busboy station in the back of the restaurant and after reminding them of our request was told that was all they had. It was noisy with a lot of staff passing the table. I ordered the swordfish Bolognese it was the worst Bolognese I ever had ! There 3 or 4 small cubes of swordfish and 1 or 2 small carrot cubes no other vegetables and the sauce was thin like out of a jar with little flavor. My wife had the Lobster roll it was good but not like the old Claudio's. Claudio's has become a large operation and seems to have lost its focus. They appear to own everything by the water. Our waitress was working hard, but the dining room was understaffed and no coordination between waiters and other staff. Everything was slow to come out and could not find your waitress when needed. What a disappointment.

Our waitress Emily was far from attentive to our table of 5. She failed to put in an appetizer and when we told her it came out with our dinner. We had to ask for refills on our drinks as well as water. The restaurant was not packed at all. By the time we tracked her down for our dessert menus we were done and ready to leave . Beyond disappointing especially since it was our last night in Greenport and we were all looking for a great dinner experience.

At first we walked around the perimeter to the main entrance. We entered the restaurant and stood waiting for help. 5 people came to with 2 feet of us but no one said anything, not even a hello. After 5 minutes we voiced our concern. Things changed dramatically for the better. The server was very concerned, attentive and an absolute pleasure. I’ve never experienced such a poor beginning to end up so well. Well done to the team in such a fabulous turnaround.

Had the cauliflower steak which was delicious, but overpriced imho…husband had the linguini vongole which was delicious although they were skimpy with the clams. 6 little ones…fun atmosphere.

We made the mistake of not saying something when served, but ... Two people ordered spaghetti with clams. $34 each. One was served; only 4 clams. We had to ask for the second one. It came with only 3 clams. Others has pasta as well. We realized even the portion of the spaghetti was tiny. And each cost $34! For clams, not lobster!! We did say something when the check came. All they did was give us a feedback form to fill out. Won't be going back, although in all fairness the other three meals were yummy.

Food is excellent (get the crispy rice with lobster). The pork chop was a little over cooked, ask for it medium. waiter was friendly and knowledgeable of all food on the menu We sat outside so atmosphere and noise was perfect We had to pass inside bar area to be seated and that area was very noisy to speak to one another if you had to sit there We love it at Claudio’s and are looking to try the one on the water next

We eat at Claudio's frequently and recommend it to our friends. But Sunday eve the salmon was served with overcooked lentils and bit of bok choy. The fluke was very good, but on the plate with a nice portion of fluke and a plain side of arugula. For a top restaurant I would think they would enhance the plate with parsley or basil or something colorful to look more appealing. I don't cook much anymore, but always make sure the plate looks appealing.

Service was friendly and helpful. The menu is limited -- we could find only appetizer (oysters), one entree (fluke oreganata), and one dessert (creme brûlée) that interested us. On the other hand, they were all delicious. The limitations of the menu will probably result in our not going again soon, but we will go again.

Perfect meal at Claudio’s! Outstanding food all around - apps were oysters, stuffed clams, shrimp cocktail and burrata, and entrees were the whole lobster and filet all around. BEST lobster I’ve had in a long time, and all the steak eaters agreed best filet also, perfectly prepared. Service was fabulous. We sat outside and enjoyed the breeze and the people watching. Highly recommend! This place is an old favorite of my husband’s family and we went there for sentimental reasons but the experience exceeded our expectations.

Fish tacos was tasty, filled with large amounts of delicious tuna, baked clams were hot and plentiful, bursts with pesto looked yummy and Caesar salad was enough for 2 to share. Fluke oregano ra was moist tender with a nice piccata topping. Salmon was cooked to order and was served on bed of veggies. Swordfish bolognese could Sue with a little more swordfish. Burger was excellent. Wait staff was wonderful. Friendly, warm, professional and attentive. Will definitely return.
