Our food was very good. Portions are not huge, but satisfying. Service was good. All in all it was a very nice meal, but EXPENSIVE! At those prices, I'm not sure I'll be running back anytime soon!

Everything was excellent. Lobster roll is insane. Grilled octopus, crudo plate, brussels sprouts and even the bread are great. Nice setting and had a table at the back which was perhaps a little quieter.

This was the highlight of our trip. We ate at Wild Fig (eh), Bosq, Casa D’Angelo (also excellent, more expensive), French Alpine Bistro (lovely), Mi Chola (eh), and Prospect (eh). Prices were wildly reasonable, good wine selection (we love Assyrtiko with seafood and they have it), excellent/knowledgeable service and good ambiance. I had the Chilean sea bass and it was one of the most perfectly cooked fish Ever. Oysters, crudo, linguine with clams and the dessert were all to die for. Of all the places we went, we did not expect this to come out on top! It is a must in Aspen, we wish we ate here every night!

Aspen is full of amazing dining and pricy dining and Clark’s is no different. However, the portion sizes here make this a really good value which is rare. I had the lobster roll and it was huge, found three whole claws in it. The oyster selection was great and super fresh. Cocktails delicious. And the vibe was cozy yet upbeat. Can’t wait to return.
