The Clark's team has worked to uphold much of the charm of the previous tenant including fully restoring it's oak bar. We always drop in and have a bite at Clark’s when we’re in Aspen. Great atmosphere, great service. The shrimp cocktail is a meal on its own, clam chowder… Yum!

Great food, but the service was lacking. Took 25 min for the waitress to take our drink order. We decided to place both food and drinks orders at the same time, just in case it took them another 20min to take our food order. Once our order was placed the food and drinks came in a reasonable amount of time.

We always rate everything a 5 here and is probably one of our favorites in Aspen. BUT it was a bit hard to digest a $27 glass of house sav blanc last night when the bill came! Ordered two! I know Aspen has gotten expensive! It is getting impossible for locals! Thanks for not auto grating like J-Bar now does!
