Clark's Aspen is the 2nd location of McGuire Moorman's popular neighborhood oyster bar set in the historic & beloved former Little Annie's location. The Clark's team has worked to uphold much of the charm of the previous tenant including fully restoring it's oak bar. The restaurant also features a bustling open kitchen and alpine version of Clark's dock side aesthetic.

We love going to Clark's because we love all kinds of fish items for dinner. Aspen is no where near the ocean, yet Clark's does a wonderful job of providing fresh fish items. Raw clams and oysters are wonderful, and Clark's has great recipes for their cooked items.

We had not been there in about four months and tried dishes that we had not previously had. The broiled scallops and the linguine with clams were exceptional. Every single thing we tried was excellent. Really, one of the best choices, dining wise, in Aspen.

Clark’s is always the best, great energy and atmosphere! Everything there is always consistent and delicious! The steak tartare is so good!

Food and drinks were excellent. It wasn’t very busy but we waited an embarrassingly long time for our plates to be cleared away and our bill presented. It was as if the server and back server were having a stand off to see who would be the one to finally take our plates. They both passed by us several times when we were clearly done. It was strange and left an awkward impression after an otherwise outstanding meal.

Amazing we are from Florida well we have a lot of fine, dining and restaurants. We were blown away by Clark's not only that, but the pricing is very reasonable as well. They could charge double we'd still be happy.

The ambiance and service at Clark's was wonderful. Casual yet elegant with impeccable service. Our party of four shared the Crudo appetizer and enjoyed the freshness of the fish and the flavorful lemon caper sauce. I definitely recommend it! We were impressed with the quality of the bread that was served. It was fresh and light and the butter and salt was the perfect accompaniment. Three people in our party ordered the lobster roll and were not disappointed! The divine roll was topped with huge chunks of cold lobster and served with a heaping mound of crispy shoestring fries and warm melted butter for dipping. My reason for the 4 star rating is because I was disappointed in my entree. I ordered the Crispy Snapper served over a bed of grits with a tomato based sauce. My snapper was not crispy and was dry. The grits would have been heavenly; they were creamy and cheesy, however, I did not like the tomato sauce that they were swimming in. I was disappointed that I didn't choose the lobster roll like the rest of my party but I definitely recommend Clark's in spite of choosing the wrong entree.
