Clark's Oyster Bar Aspen
Almost Everything was great, enjoyed the food and our waitress was wonderful. Our only complaint was the host, we waited a long time while he talked and laughed with his buddy. He was then curt with us.
Great food. Nice environment but the service was ok. Bread with radish salt not offered.
As usual, excellent food and good service. was disappointed to not be able to eat outside, as inside seemed a little tight.
Great seafood in the former Little Annies location.
I ordered a simple crab-louie which actually came with almost too much crab to eat. And, the crab was excellent.
So fun! The seafood was amazing.
We have eaten at this restaurant before the virus. It was our first trip to Aspen to celebrate our anniversary. We had looked forward to the clam chowder which was watery and had no clams. Our Norwegian salmon ( our fav type of salmon) was nothing special in taste and VERY small for the price charged. A very different experience not just due to COVID - a difference in kitchen preparation from our previous experiences.
absolutely incredible meal, and service was outstanding. we'll be back!
Kale is too salty and too much lemon zest. Service is just ok
Delicious as usual!
Clarks is always a wonderful place to eat. The oysters are fresh as well as all of the seafood. We really enjoyed the bed salad which has a wonderful vinaigrette on it it in the muscles and clams were delicious. The service is always impeccable
The food was amazing. Went several times this trip and would highly recommend.
Great experience as usual. Love grabbing a meal here every time we come to Aspen!
Delicious! Excellent service! My favorite restaurant in Aspen!
Everything was great. There was special attention to detail, like home-made bread and pickles for the burger. Great food and service!
Best Scallops! Unreal bread! Gotta love a mule of the day!
The best. We will be back!
Really good food and drinks. Lobster roll tasted fresh. No kids menu a negative. Seemed a little unorganized getting a table but service was great once seated and throughout the meal.
This restaurant is ever bit a good as it’s sister in Austin!! The best of the best in Aspen!!!
Food was delicious. Our server was very nice. But it took almost 30 minutes to get 2 espresso martinis and were brought regular espressos after the long wait. Then waited again for the martinis. Which is fine but martinis should have been comped at that point.
Always love Clark’s. This visit was extra delicious! Staff was sanitizing in between diners and wearing masks. We sat outside - the service and food excellent. Lobster roll and Shrimp scampi recommended.
We loved everything about Clark’s! Our waiter was really nice, the food was amazing and outside seating is great. Aspen is crowded right now and with covid ever present, it’s important for us to feel safe when dining. Clark’s took all the precautions and we felt very safe. Oysters, mussels and clams, halibut, roasted cauliflower all fantastic. Recommend anyone visiting aspen to dine there.
Our first lunch in Aspen was at Clark’s, which was highly recommended. My wife enjoyed the Crabcake which was truly outstanding. While I enjoyed the shrimp scampi on toast points and the grilled kale salad. Service was spot on, and the staff did an outstanding job. I highly recommend!
Manager was terrible. Worst experience ever. Can’t believe this guy is in charge of a restaurant.
Had a fantastic meal at Clark's Aspen. The entire experience exceeded my expectations.
Having construction going on right where we were dining felt a little unacceptable.
Excellent food and service - our waiter was kind and attentive
Amazing seafood restaurant in Aspen. Get the whole branzino, the octopus, and the clam pasta. Really friendly staff.
I love this place for lunch. Quiet and casual with awesome food.
Best place in Aspen for oysters/seafood. After oysters, chowder and Champagne, finished up with the whole Branzino and shoestring fries. This is what I would choose for my last meal on earth!
Lovely Father’s Day lunch, the Plateau la Mer was fresh, delicious and very pretty.
Great cocktail and drink list, great atmosphere, and something for everyone to eat. Feels special without feeling stuffy.
Unfortunately, it was a sad scene in Clark’s. We arrived promptly for our reservation to find no one in the restaurant. Tables weren’t set. Nothing was prepared. We were walked to an a empty table. After 15 minutes we were handed silverware. The server was great and our food was timely. The prices seemed way to high for the lack of atmosphere. We have eaten at other places this same week and all the restaurants have at least had tables ready and more of an ambiance even during these strange times.
Great cioppino, Branzino, crab cakes and halibut. A bit pricy but it is Aspen
Clark's consistently provides delicious food with a really pleasant atmosphere. They have created plenty of space between tables so that you feel very comfortable and safe.
Service and food were great!
Great service - excellent menu - well researched wine list! Oysters were sensational!
My favorite restaurant in Aspen. 20th anniversary dinner. Amazing wine suggestion from Pete the Somm, killer fresh oysters, great night as always.
This is the kind of spot you'd like to keep a secret. 'Maine-fresh' oysters and seafood -- lobster roll was great. Fun vibe and good wait-staff. Can't wait to go back.
