I booked a reservation for my mothers birthday expecting something more nice due to the pictures. When we got there I told them about the reservation but it wasn’t really needed. It honestly seemed like they didn’t even know of it or what experience I booked. We got to pick our table outside which was nice,quiet,with a good view . We just decided to order out the menu cause it seemed like they didn’t even have that experience we booked. Our sever Clarissa was absolutely fantastic and very attentive. Checking on us every ten or so minutes asking questions and cleaning. Unfortunately the food came out horrible. It was way uncooked on three of our steaks,which we were informed that they usually cook it uncooked just in case they need to cook it again smh. I guess they prefer not too risk overcooking it but that’s still unacceptable. I sent back two of the steaks but when they came back I couldn’t eat anything. I lost my appetite after eating a second bite of my undercooked raw steak. The loaded mashed potatoes were like globs of sour cream and weird cheese mixed together . The asparagus was too salty and hard for me and my mother. I will say that two items were good here,one the cheese sticks and two the drinks. But I’m honestly so disappointed I picked this place instead of another. The prices are too much for the quality they give. Its more of a bar and quick hotel meal than a sit down restaurant which is unfortunate . Overall experience was okay but only cause of how amazing our server was! After everything she made it up with a larger piece of cake for my family for my mothers birthday. The bathrooms were also unkept and had toilet paper everywhere with dim lighting. I wouldn’t go here again or even recommend it to anyone. Don’t even want to speak about it again smh. Wish I could turn back time and not have spent 200 and something dollars sm.

I went to this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The restaurant is not very clean and welcoming. As for the food, it is a real disaster. All the dishes we had were disgusting. Too dirty! The soup was disgusting, the meat was overcooked, tasteless, too dirty and dry. The fries were too salty and not hot. ... I don't want to say anything about the other dishes which were disgusting! The service was mediocre. I don't know who cooks in this restaurant, but it would be urgent for them to change jobs! Following our various complaints to the waiter, no action was taken to reduce the bill. Unacceptable!

We made a reservation and when we walked in the host didn’t know, care or look for our reservation. The server was amazing but the service itself was very slow! We waited for 30 to get drinks and place our order. They were not that busy. We were very excited to try this restaurant and were sadly disappointed.

4.5 Rating! We enjoyed our visit for my mom’s birthday! I was a little worried reading some reviews about inconsistencies (service, food wait times) . Our server (Edna, I think) was AMAZING! So hospitable and hard working, she had a lot of tables that night, but she remained positive and upbeat. Because of her level of service, I would return to this location.
