Ordered a steak came out in less then 5 minutes not cooked had to send back came out not very seasoned wife ordered fish chips there was more batter then fish and it came out before her salad
Pick 3 was disappointing. Steak was great, as well as strawberry cream cheese pie!!
Enjoyed our meal and service was excellent. Will be back

The food and service was good. My son and daughter-in-law both ordered beer on tap (2 different brands) and they were both unhappy with the taste. They said the lines needed to be cleaned.
Service was one of the worst I have ever had. Server had no knowledge of menu, drinks available, and we waited a long time to get our drinks, in fact we got our appetizer before the drinks. No extra plates for sharing, had to ask, no forks for the dessert, had to get them ourselves. Second drink did not come til we were done. He never offered to open the bottle of wine we brought, but a manager came over and opened it for us. Some specific training needs to take place for your servers; there are too many restaurants now open for dining so many to choose from. Service has to be #1 if you want customers to come back.
Received top notch service on this visit. Food was prepared perfectly. Due to COVID-19 capacity restrictions the restaurant was very quiet...when things open up this may change. Lots of people were waiting for a table so I am so glad they are accepting reservations (and thanks OT!).
Food not that good , taste like frozen and thawed and recooked
Our server was great and made sure we were well taken care of.
Took more than 10 minutes to get waited on. Waitress got drink order wrong. Ordered food, waitress didn’t ask how I wanted my meat cooked or what I wanted on my baked potato. Food came out and meat was reder than a stop sign, potato have chives, I hate chives. Sent the meat back, asked for medium well, came out chared. Just ate it. Waitress took my card and dropped it. We didn’t know until the bus boy saw it sitting on the floor by our table. Waitress accidentally ran a gift card that she had in her pocket for our bill. Had to void it out and rerun my card when we told her she ran the wrong card. It was so awful, it was kinda Comical.
The server was terrible and the portions are not what they use to be. I will never go back again.
Lunch for 3. The house salad looked like a full size cobb salad, very good and super fresh. Chicken Fried Steak was amazing with perfect fresh mashed potatoes and beautiful sliced vegee's that were grilled. Will be back.

EXTREMELY rude for no reason. She refused to check us in before seating us and was a rude smart mouth about it. Apparently she thinks customers have no relationship to her pay check. I hope she grows up before insulting another customer. Except for her attitude I would definitely return. Everyone and everything else was delightful.
Great place , like the ambiance
We made a reservation and did still have a 30 min wait, but it wasn’t awful. The service was great, the food delicious and the cocktails on point.
Our server Jennifer was very attentive, and the food was plentiful and very tasty.
Wait staff were great! Hostess staff need work...they weren’t very attentive and did not listen well.
Went in the afternoon and had a reservation but actually didn’t need it. Ordered the Caesar Salad with Chicken and the waitress suggested Shrimp instead. It was a good choice. Will be back
We have been regulars here for a long time and were very happy to secure reservations for Valentine’s Day at 9 PM. We arrived promptly at nine however there was a couple people in front of us at the host desk. Once it was our turn (about 9:04) and we let them know we were here for 9 PM reservation, we were told they closed at 9:o’clock and we were too late. It appeared to be the manager and he was very rude. We won’t be back.
It was nice to sit inside for the first time in a year. Food was awsome, but the waitress was a little slow on getting around to us. Over all a very nice experience highly recommend.

Excellent time! This was the first time BARBARA and I have eaten indoors at a restaurant in over a year! California unrealistic restrictions have been very tough on the restaurant industry.
Claim Jumper was limited to 25% occupancy so things were very calm and quiet......a little bit weird for a large theme restaurant.
The entire staff was energetic our wait person was wonderful and very professional. The food was just what we went to Claim Jumper for....it was beyond wonderful!

Your reservation was not honored. I waited for over an hour for my reserved table.
My Porterhouse steak could have been from Sizzler. It was maybe a 1/2 inch.

They were not able to honor our reservation and put us on a 90-minute wait list so we left

The food is average, good but not great. The service though was horrible. Made a reservation on open table, was told when we got there that they didn’t have cell service so they didn’t get the reservation so we had to wait. Sat down, ordered 12 wings, received 10. Ordered food and then did not see our waitress at all for over 30 minutes. When we finally saw her she had someone else bring out the food and three of the five meals were cold. Waited again for the check another 15 minutes before my husband finally went inside. Took over 90 minutes from order to paying for our meal.

Thanksgiving 2020. Outside in a open air tent with a heater. Best experience dining during COVID.
We had a tent to ourselves outside, and safely enjoyed a turkey dinner with all the trimmings on Thanksgiving 2020! The pumpkin margarita was delicious.
The autumn leaves provided a beautiful ambience.
