Truly excellent experience
It is a really nice atmosphere
Service is very good
Tagliata was amazing
But pasta over cooked
Would recommend to friends and family for sure. Nice space to dine, and the food and wine choices were top notch.
Food and service was wonderful. Highly recommend. Have been there twice and introduced 2 other couples and both gave it ☆☆☆☆☆.
Elena, Thank you so much for your kind words! We really appreciate it! Looking forward to welcoming you back soon! Ciao!
My girlfriend and I were having a fun night out and Civico by the Park was perfect. James was a fantastic host for our evening. We will definitely be back.
Food came out cold and tasteless. Cannoli was decent. Waiter was awesome.
Food quality was excellent! Great flavors, nice presentation, sexy bar!
Thank you for your kind words! Hope to have you back soon! Ciao!
The manager/owner was really rude! The servers were nice and friendly and the establishment was nice. This was all the owners lack of hospitality! We had reservations for Mother’s Day and he made it so difficult for us to get a table. It was as if he didn’t want to accommodate us. Sad when your employees can do a better job of creating a good experience for the customer then the owner Dario.
I’m feeling sick after Mother’s Day dinner. I got the shrimp and the were mushy snd had an off taste to them. The pasta they came with was mushy and unseasoned. The service was slow and just ok. The music was obnoxious and not appropriate for dinner. Even my teen daughter didn’t like it. Over all—-pretty mediocre. They will not last unless they stop up their game.
We went for Mother’s Day Brunch and the food was fabulous! Will definitely make it a point to eat there again when we visit again!
My family and I went for a Mother's Day brunch and it was delicious! My 80 year old aunt loved the eggs Benedict (and loved the prosciutto on it), and the tiramisu pancakes were so good! All the staff were so nice as well (:
Great food! I so appreciate that they have plentiful vegan options on both their brunch and dinner menu. The staff is extremely attentive and welcoming. The ambience is highly stylized and lovely.
We have been the Civico for dinner prior to COVID, and loved it. Unfortunately our Mother's Day brunch experience was disappointing. There seemed to be plenty of staff available, yet we repeatedly had to remind them of missing beverage and food items we had ordered. Our family ended up eating in stages as our food arrived, some of it arriving cold. The staff was friendly, but seemed unorganized. The food itself was acceptable, but nothing special.
Great italian with many vegan options--nice wine list with many Italian vineyards.
Atmosphere is very cool--noise level was fine
Honestly, the food was the biggest disappointment here. While the appetizers were decent, our entrees were bland and not even worth eating. So we didn’t eat them. When the manager came around to ask if everything was ok, I was politely honest about the expectations and lack of flavor in our dishes. He simply was like “sorry about that” and walked away. The server was quite lovely but not very available, didn’t check back in, needed to be flagged down several times for drink refills, etc. The decor is cute and the atmosphere was nice but now I understand why it was so quiet for a Saturday evening.
This Italian restaurant is in the heart of Bankers Hill, which was great. The techno music did not mix well with ambiance and crowd of a usual Italian restaurant.
Let’s just say it was not preferred to listen to techno music with wine. Was glad to see multiple vegan options. Waiter JB was very inattentive and wearing sneakers like he is going to go work out. A more professional attire is preferred in an ‘upscale restaurant.’ I had high hopes but walked out less than impressed. I had a great experience my first visit unfortunately this time I was very unhappy.
Brought bread in a bag. Don’t understand this precaution when everything else delivered open/uncovered. Wife had a shellfish dish; no plate for shells provided. Sadly Cucina Urbana was booked so we gave this place a try based on reviews. Service was quick and friendly. Food just OK. Won’t be back.
Very good food and service. We love the pesto doing sauce with focaccia! The calamari was seasoned perfectly, with a nice light batter and doing sauce. Very pleased, especially since it's so nice to finally get out after covid!
Food was actually tasteless
great food, great ambiance. we will be back frequently
Birthday, the hostess was a bit short with us on table selection but waiter was fantastic, gr8 drink & food suggestions.
Great brunch with live DJ. Ordered the bubbles by saying it in Italian 3x fast (great deal) and really loved the burrata and prosciutto dish. Frittatas are more like egg tacos vs a traditional frittata - different, but good.
Great experience. The staff are very friendly but doesn’t hover
We ordered cocktails, appetizers and mains. The appetizer came before cocktails. It was tasteless and cold inside. We were about to tell the waitress, when the main course came, followed by the cocktails. The shrimp and pasta was so heavily peppered, it was inedible. The pork shank and polenta was bland. The only good was that they took off the appetizer and pasta off the bill
Ciao! I’m sorry you had such a terrible experience! I remember your table well as I know my manager Luigi had stopped by to offer our apologies. It’s clear that we did not meet your expectations and I am very sorry! Please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org m with all of the details so we can learn from our mistakes. We’re a family business trying our best to navigate these challenging times and I appreciate your patronage and feedback! Grazie Mille! Zachary, General Manager
The service and ambience were fantastic! The food was over salted which was a big disappointment and the music level was quite high, especially for an early evening meal. I was told that that the plan was to creat a sort-of energetic club type atmosphere. I think it was a little bit much for 6:30 PM. It was difficult to hold a good conversation over our cocktails due to the noise level. This was my second time at Civico And the first time I was there the food was outstanding so I will definitely give it another try.
Great service, food , and beautiful decor.
We were very impressed with the decor. Love the openness of the restaurant. Food and service were the best. Filled up on the Antipasto Calabria. Will try the Pasta dishes next time.. Music a little too loud but thatsa my opinion. Definitely will go back and recommend to friends and family. Liked the validated parking.
My partner and I celebrated our anniversary here and it was incredible! The service was great and the food was incredible.
Thank you so much for your kind words and choosing to celebrate with us! We are looking forward to the next time! Ciao! -Zachary, General Manager
Great energy, excellent service, nice menu. We will be back.
Civico is a gem! Enjoyed a scrumptious pizza and a great bottle of wine. Our server was wonderful as well. Will definitely visit again in the near future!
Went for Sunday brunch and they did not disappoint! Great cocktails and excellent food options. Breakfast pizza was perfect to share.
Thank you for your kind review! We hope to see you again soon! Ciao!
Food was delicious and service delightful for Sunday brunch. Def recommend!!
Great venue however the food was Salty and service was very poor

Best vegan options I've ever had! I highly recommend this restaurant.
Food was average. Calamari was salty-over seasoned. My meal was good. My husbands was bland. The wine pour was that of a wine pairing not full poor. With many Italian restaurants in the area, the ambiance is where it’s able to compete-only.
The food was good, the service at the location wasn’t up to par with the Little Italy location.
Service was great, the atmosphere was good. Open space, great design, lots of light. The food was average. Nothing special. Probably good for happy hour.
brunch is delicious; servers are great as is the space...music waaay to loud. Why??
First time at Cívico and found it surprisingly good!
Great food, good value and good service.
Awesome spot! Really delicious vegan menu and a nice staff! We mentioned it was our anniversary in the booking and they surprised us with two glasses of champagne!
