   Menu options were restricted because of issues with the kitchen, but waiter didn't seem to have clarity in terms of what could and could not be arranged. Food was quite plain. Place with very little personality, so could be suitable for an ordinary weekday lunch, but wouldn't recommend for a special date or something.

   Our 'free-flowing' bubbly was a bit of a slow-flow and the chips with our burgers were on the cool side but that was quickly rectified, with a new bowl being presented. The staff however were very nice and friendly, so couldn't fault that aspect.

   Went here on a Tuesday evening, very flat atmosphere. One person working both the bar and serving tables. Nit a particularly warm welcome. Food was fair, nothing exceptional but not bad value for money when you factor in the free flowing prosecco.

   Really nice place, great value for money and staff very helpful but whoever runs this place is trying to make it fail! Service was beyond slow and no one seemed to know what the other was doing and it is a shame.

   The bottomless prosecco deal with two courses for £24 was incredibly good value for money, especially as the food was tasty and the service was impeccable. The place is small, however, so be prepared for a 'cosy' fit.

   City Zebrano is an undiscovered gem. The decor is up there with the best bars in London. However, as it is relatively new, it can be a little empty but they are compensating with incredible drinks offers! They have a great location and as soon as management market themselves a bit better this will undoubtedly be one of the city's biggest hot spots... So take advantage while you can! Food and drinks were great. Although my advice to management would be to reprint the menus as the laminated copies are a bit tacky. They should do the food menus like the drinks menus in the downstairs bar! Giving a five star review as I want to see this place pumping when I'm next there!

   Firstly the positives, excellent food, and the staff look after you very well. Did see one review that said "the service needs some significant improvement" but that was NOT my experience - quite the opposite; they look after you very well, not only in terms of being attentive but also in the style of presentation. This was my second time eating there and I had booked a lunchtime seating for a later time, meaning there were more diners, which created a better atmosphere. Wasn't full even so, and therefore the ambience was still a bit lacking - the only negative I would say. Nevertheless will still be happy to go back there due to the efforts of the staff and excellent food.

    First time at this restaurant; booked it at the last minute to celebrate daughter getting a new job. Food was excellent, beautifully cooked, and well presented. Service was impeccable too. The only thing that lets this place down is that the restaurant part (there's a brilliant cocktail bar downstairs, which is a must go to) is small and a little bit ambience-free. Don't get me wrong, the decor is good, and everything is new, but its just lacking a little restaurant buzz. Maybe on a busy night it'd be better; will have to come back and try it out. Certainly worth having on your good food list, i think.
